I had the most beautiful waxing experience. I was a first timer and both Lisa and Rosie put me at ease and made this something I will continue to do for myself regularly. The atmosphere and decor is gorgeous and so conducive to a great experience. I am so very grateful to them both. Rosie is so very kind and gentle, making sure that I was comfortable and that my waxing was perfect and beautiful. This is something that I will continue to do for myself. I am so very grateful to everyone on staff for the gorgeous results.

Was looking for a new wax place since relocating back to VB since my previous provider retired and this is def NOT the place. I have been waxing forever! I should of left when she used a blow dryer to help make the wax dry faster. My perfect bikini line is now full of bumps, redness and ingrown hairs. Honestly, it looks like I used an old razor. Negative stars!

It was my very first wax, it was a full leg wax. I had my appointment with Paris, she was really respectful and sweet! I like the spiritual vibes they have in the store, I am definitely coming back and bringing friends here. When I first pulled up it was the cutest little house in our downtown Vero, It was really close by so that was convenient and then walking in it smelled so nice there were candles lit and everything was so beautiful! I definitely recommend this lovely place!

Went to get a brow & lip wax.
The girl was inexperienced, afraid to touch me, wax was cold. Left wax on my face, didnt remove any of the facial hair, had to come home & clean off the wax, looked into my magnifying mirror & still had the hair, she didnt remove anything. What's the point of waxing if you don't remove the hair? !
I DO NOT reccomend this place. If the service is not performed why does the customer have to lose out & still be expected to pay for a service? I'm disputing the charges with my bank, services not provided. NOTE TO OWNER.get experienced people. Disappointed.

Best Brazilian waxing establishment! I’ve been going here since 2018 whenever I’m in Vero Beach and let me tell you the service is phenomenal not to mention the staff are super professional and friendly. If it’s your first time going they will make you feel super comfortable. Paris is amazing, such a professional at what she does, I will definitely continue to come back. Thank you to the owner and her team for the great service you provide, honestly the number 1 establishment for Brazilian waxing.

I am new to the area and decided to try Brazilian Queen and I loved it! It is sooo cute and clean inside, it definitely makes you feel welcome. I saw Paris for the first time and she did absolutely amazing! I am so so so happy with the results. Not only is she extremely talented, but she is very kind, understanding and friendly. I love Brazilian Queen! Taylor is the best. They are professional, clean, and make you feel comfortable. Taylor does an amazing job with my eyebrows & brazilian! This was the first & only spot I have gotten brazilians at. She knows what she is doing. She is so friendly and always doing her absolute best. I can’t say enough great things about Brazilian Queen. I was introduced to this place by my girlfriend, it was my first time getting waxed, Sarah was simply amazing and so friendly, I'm definitely coming back.

I was introduced to Brazilian Queen by a friend who led me to a groupon for a discounted service. She had been serviced by all 3 of the estheticians that were there at that time. So, I bought the groupon and went to the one she suggested.

I was pleased after my first visit so I scheduled a second. They offer text reminders that have a link if you need to reschedule. Well, my second appt was on a Monday and I really needed it to be just slightly later. So i went to reschedule on a Saturday night (you need to do it no later than 24 hours in advance) and the website wouldn't let me. It would allow me to cancel. But when i hit that it said to use a reschedule option that wasn't working. I texted the owner (her number is the only available communication, i have never met her in person and it was late) to let her know that i just wanted to reschedule. She let me know she doesn't normally take weekend calls but she would allow it. Ok. Make your website work. I was operating within the time to reschedule.

Then upon my third visit, I walk in to a complete stranger. Not my normal esthetician. No warning. No call. I mean.these people are working on personal areas. Just "oh your other girl doesn't work here anymore. " I thought that was super unprofessional. And frankly, I was not as happy with her. I don't fault her, she had amazing shoes to fill and just came up short. Had I never had the prior esthetician (bc i had never received wax services before her) i probably never would know.

Upon learning my other girl left I started doing some digging on the socials. I found out this place is all into witch craft and crazy stuff. Dragon Zen something. It all got really weird really fast. To each their own but maybe be a bit more forward about all your practices and give someone a heads up if their amazing esthetician no longer is available so your customers aren't blindsided.
