My son is 3 years old and I can tell the difference from when he started! Alexandre has a great way to conduct the drills with the kids, they feel like they are playing but at the same time, improving their skills! My son loves it!
Great place for the kids (soccer) and the parents (functional training workout). Alexandre is a great instructor with a lot of experience in both tasks.
This place even has jiu-jitsu and mat Pilates with awesome instructors, as well.
Alexandre Ginez has really helped me up my game. I wanted to develop my conditioning to play soccer. He even helped me recognize and correct small bad habits handling the ball and headers. All of this in an air conditioned space. Heck yeah.
