Exceptional service with super friendly staff. The ambience was cozy and inviting, their music is really the jam. I got a cold brew and it was right on point!

Breeze block is my favorite indoor café in the 305. With quality coffee options, swift and kind baristas, and an overall amiable atmosphere, Breezeblock is the perfect spot for a quick coffee on the go, to sit down for computer work and enjoy a pastry, or even for a casual meeting. Thank you Isaiah for being kind and helpful. Also, the lighting design is awesome, and the music is at a relaxing ambient level.

The coffee was the best. I travel for a living and I was not expecting some random coffee shop in Miami to make one of the best lattes I have ever had. The food was delicious and the staff was nice and gave lots of suggestions. 10/10 go get yourself a latte.

The coffee is good, but a barista charged me 18% tip without telling me until I asked him/her. This was my first time when I was charged a compulsory tip at a coffee shop.

This place has some real good coffees. I have never seen anything like this before in Miami. After having their coffee, I do not want anything else. Go try their coffee if you are around.

Pricey but it’s cute in here. Breakfast sandwich is about $9 with tax but he said it was very good. They have for-here cups for the iced coffee which I like. Most places don’t. I loved the variety of seating so you can choose what you’re comfortable with.
They have different styles of couches, big long ones, high up seating with tables for laptop people to work.
My barista was nice but did make my drink wrong, I believe they misheard me when i ordered. She offered to remake it but I declined. I probably shouldn’t have because I didn’t like it but that’s my own fault so I don’t take any points off. Everyone else liked it and mistakes happen. I wish they would ask if you want for here or to-go cups on the receipt
Overall, a nice spot. I would go again - it’s probably my fault my order got confused.

Great coffee shop in the lobby of an apartment complex. We got the avocado toast and the keto biscuit and both were VERY good. Service team was also super sweet and provided quick service. They also made sure tables were cleaned and turned in a speedy manner. Would definitely visit again.

This coffeeshop offers you a choice of espresso beans for the coffee they make you. Delicious coffee and cute spot!

Good coffee, but only finished paying the mortgage now! It's absurd that they don't allow you to use the bathrooms. Not recommended if it's used as a stopover

It is a very nice coffeehouse in the lobby of a residency. They have about 6 tables for 2 and 2 bigger one.
The coffee is strong and tasteful. Not sweet but you can put syrup in it for 1 dollar. All milks except of cow milk is 1 dollar.
Kind of expensive.
Paid 25 dollar for a banana bread and a sweet dish with 2 small coffee.
They take 18% tip without asking and providing service to the table.

Good place for breakfast. I recommend the avocado toast. The best, very good coffees prepared by professional baristas. Good atmosphere!

However, there's one aspect that I find rather challenging - the automatic addition of an 18% gratuity to the bill. I'm generally someone who tips well, but the concept of an enforced tip for a barista, who typically earns an hourly wage, seems a tad misplaced.

While I understand the intention behind the gratuity could be to ensure fair compensation for the staff, perhaps a more practical solution would be to incorporate these costs into the prices of the products directly. That way, your employees would receive a higher wage without adding an unexpected charge for the customer.

I love this little coffee bar. I often drop by when I have a craving for a decent cold brew or nitro (actually, Matthew is often on-hand to give the best recommendations!). Whether it is August, Matty, Yancy, Simone or Anaise at the helm, this team is always engaging, super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and it's always a pleasure to check in with them to get that caffeine fix as I rush in and out on my day-to-day.

A hidden gem! Delicious ham + egg + cheese croissant sandwich (I even took it to go and by the time I ate it the croissant was still a little crispy on the outside and perfectly flaky!). Tip: if you get your beverage with sweetener, be sure to be specific about how much… my vanilla latte was a bit overly sweet for me but totally my fault because I didn’t specify. Very cool interior space to boot!

Really well made cappuccino with awesome latte art with a chocolate chip sea salt caramel cookie. I came for an afternoon and just worked for 4 hours. There is an area with tables next to the barista with outlets on the floor. There was also wifi. I love the decor and the space to work. The inner decor is very mossy and dark and the cafe also has wifi and some plugs. Not a complex array of food selection but good restaurants await around the corner.
