Over priced for 1970s to 80's trailers. Can never get in touch with these ppl. Then they call you back a week later and ask if you're still in need of a place. It is run down badly. Roads all broke up. The appearance of trailers. No maintenance ppl. Tells me. None is done. And there will be problems trying to get them done. Oh. The prices they ask for are the same as an apartment complex with amenities and maintenance. So may the odds be in your favor.

Mobile homes some of them look kind of bad but I did see a few that were nice.
