All I can say is HIPAA VIOLATION…
Nurses go to the waiting room and talk about patients/ call patients over the phone and anyone in the waiting room can hear EVERYTHING!
This place is trash.
According to Cynthia Leckey, CEH, Brevard DOH, the Department of Health does not protect public health. The Department of Environmental Protection does. She stated she received direction from the Bureau and the county to NOT respond to high levels of E.coli and Fecal Coliform in the City of Titusville. This is NOT true according to DEP.
I went there for the obgyn section and i wentvin with them knowing I have insurance that I got on my own they tried to lie and force me to sign a paper that would make me responsible to pay them $1900! When I didn't they waited until 2 days before my appointment that I had to wait 3 weeks for to cancel it with no given reason! Horrible people and no care at all. It's just sick that these are the people we trust with our care. Just disgusting!
I went to get my birth certificate and they were really fast and very nice and helpful. In Orlando it would have took hours to get so I’m thankful for the fast efficient and kind staff
Although it was hard to find, we finally found it behind the health department in a separate building. We walked right in and and got my boyfriends birth certificate within minutes and was in and out! It was a awesome
