Normally I would give this place five stars because I truly do appreciate the doctors and the convenience of having walk in hours, However I have begun to believe that this office really does not prioritize safety and sanitation whatsoever. Every single time you walk into this office without fail, You will walk out with a virus or sickness that you did not have before. And I’m not joking when I say that this is every single time, To the point where when my kids are sick or need to be seen I am absolutely dreading coming here because I know they will be even more sick in a couple days after leaving. I’m not sure if this is because the waiting room isn’t being sanitized frequently or even at all Or if it’s the individual rooms or what it could be but it’s gotten out of hand. Brought my two year-old to have her checked 3 days ago, today she is burning up with a fever. And it’s not because we are sitting next to other sick patients in the waiting room, it was empty… it’s quite literally because even being in that room is spreading sickness. I fully understand that it is sick season and it’s hard to keep up but something needs to be done in that office to prioritize the safety of their patients even if that means implementing some sort of new policy to sanitize the rooms and waiting rooms more often throughout the day. I also just wanted to add that my example about my daughter being sick a few days after her last visit was one of probably 10 different instances this has happened throughout the year where we go, a couple days later we are sick as all get out.

Kinda hard to get appointments sometimes but worth it when you get in. Christy Powell is number 1, best care ever!

Don't know what they're doing there went there three times complaining about my health they give me ibuprofen and sent me on my way ended up I had multiple maluma blood cancer

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. They take care of the details to provide the patient and family with good experiences with solutions.

Today, 8/30/2023 I had an appt with the psiquiatry. She is assistant physician. They called me at 8: 23 am to cancel my appt that was at 11: 40 am. It is difficult to deal with anxiety. And they gave an appt until October. This a disservice to vulnerable people like me. I will give zero but there is not option. They should give more options. This is a third world country doctor office.
I just have insurance and looking forward to have a real care. If employees do not want to work there, they should look for another job. I guess the whole system sucks.

Very impressive! They kept in constant with me.their ability to to keep me up to date was incredible. The staff at check in was amazing. They were friendly and professional. The medical staff was equally impressive. They spent plenty of time with me to address my concerns.

Took a friend for her appointment. They were efficient and friendly. Very inexpensive pharmacy

The phone service sucks you guys don't pick up you have me on hold for a long time and then hang up. Please fix that problem

Rockledge pharmacy is the best one that I have ever been to they are kind they are courteous and they go above and beyond to help with your prescriptions. Thank you for your great service

Love the doctors and staff here but it always smells now. The waiting area has smelled horrible my last few visits here.

The Dr's are fantastic, but make sure that you have enough food and water to last the 11 days it takes for the operators to answer the phone.

First I brought my son to Dr. Supelveda she ask me if he is doing something developmentally, before I can answer she says "probably not" I'm thinking wow this doctor is rude, however she sent a referral to Nemours for developmental delay. Almost a month goes by and I receive a call from Nemours stating they don’t do developmental delay services and they’ll contact the provider who sent the referral. Next I take my son to Dr. Butler she ask if he is walking, I state "no he is not, some kids learn at their own age”. She ask about the referral to Nemours for developmental delay, I explain the situation and explain I did not take him because Nemours states they do not do services for developmental delays, she says "some doctors view that as neglect and sometimes it's good if DCF is involved" as if I planned on Nemours not accepting the referral and I wanted to purposefully not take him. She ask more questions “can you brush his teeth” I say yes, she says “okay cause SOME kids don’t like that” “does he shower? ” I say yes she says “okay cause SOME don’t like showers” I explain a transportation situation she states “well I know SOME parents that do anything for their children” I’m sure you all get the point now. I was emotionally drained after this appointment. I brought my son to Dr. Paduano, he did not make me feel stupid and helped sort out the referral situation. Dr. Supelveda and Dr. Butler are emotional bullies to new parents. If you have been in my situation, you are not alone. Do not take your children to see Dr. Butler or Dr. Supelveda unless you know them personally. I am a single mother and student, I do the best I can and I can not micromanage doctors. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY TO THESE DOCTORS (Dr. Butler and Dr. Supelveda). These two doctors will make an error and blame you for not correcting the error and suggest contacting DCF.

Thoroughness, organized, professionalism, take time to listen carefully, wait time minimal. I highly recommend BHA, Rockledge
