I am Also Super Disappointed I have been having Issues regarding My Referrals and Etc For a while now. Do not Go here

I am super disappointed. This is not the the place to come if you are in pain. Not the place to come if you have anxiety. Definitely not the place to go if you're under 50 and seeking any kind of medical treatment other than placebo. " off label"

Nurses are very nice BUT it's been over an hour after my appointment and I haven't seen the Doctor! It's not that busy!

The wait is long, I waited a full hour beyond my appointment time with very little foot traffic, and the nurses are very rude. They ask and try to force you to answer questions that aren’t relevant at all and accuse you of causing problems when you ask to skip certain questions. Not only is their behavior inappropriate, but especially the second nurse (a Latina lady) was rude in her tone and had no bedside manner. She lacked empathy and would possibly be better suited working a job that doesn’t directly deal with people who are already in a vulnerable situation. However, Dr. Cooper was a very attentive, kind doctor. If he was to be found at another location, I would go to him every time. The nurses are ensuring that I won’t come back, though.

Their system is broken in every way. Takes hours to make an appointment. Doctors are incompetent, waiting rooms are small, offices are old, run down. Horrible.

Kinard Cooper is the best I have ever seen. Love the front desk girl as well. Wouldn't change for anything. They are awesome.

Doc. Cooper is truly one of a kind. He listens! And I walked away feeling better knowing he says I'm good. I trust him - Totally!

The NP and staff in the office is great! Very professional, thorough, and friendly. I’m happy to call their office my own.)

Dr. Cooper and his team are all very friendly and caring. Dr. Cooper listen and then he’ll advise but he takes the time to hear what you said and always has treated me good never had any problems here just real people. No judgement best Dr.ever!

Everyone was so pleasant and I felt like they really care and don't just push you out.

I have been seeing Doctor Cooper and his staff for years now. I know I am number one priority during our visits. I love them all like family because they treat me with the most utmost respect since day one!
I always recommend BHA and there helpful and affordable Pharmacy.
Sliding scale helped my whole family at different times in our lives, surely it was a blessing!

Evan center is one of the best of bha, the doctors and staff are great
My entire family goes there and we wouldn't trade them for no other bha center.
