If I can give this place cero stars I would seriously, my cousin got into an accident and unfortunately JSO used this company to take her car and this ugly rude worker don't know let us take our keys or things from inside and increase price from not where. I wish her car was never taken to this dump place. No recomendable si eres latino se huele el racismo.el supuesto manager el señor goldo calvo es un asco de persona

The manager and woman who answers the phone is the nastiest person I have ever had to deal with in customer service.

Loved this place! They treat you like family, and they do everything they can to help you out when you're in a bind.

Heaven forbid I ask questions about my own car! Tried speaking with Mel about the options to fix my car, I'm not rushed or on a specific budget. I just needed to know my options & figure out a game plan. She goes back & forth between, "cut your losses, it's not worth it to fix" to "I'm too busy & short staffed to get it fixed" to "we couldn't start on it for another 3 weeks. " Back & forth in circles. I was so confused & just asked to speak with the mechanic for specs who told me that yes my car was fixable, just a bit pricey. Then Mel quite literally shouted onto the phone, interrupting the mechanic & I, stating, "I don't like being pushed into a corner to fix a car or being rushed to do so. ". This is an auto shop. Firstly, I never once rushed anything as I had no deadline that I needed my car back & how is it that my trying to know my options is "putting you into a corner to fix a car". Like this is also a mechanic shop isn't it? I should have a choice to fix my car if I want too but the truth here folks, is that she was just trying to bully me into abandoning the car so they could profit from it's parts. Horrible service.

Mel shouldn’t be a representative for any business. First our car is fixable but they don’t have the man power, then suddenly it’s un-repairable. It’s probably not a good idea to have someone who doesn’t like people to do business with people. Donnie should just sell the place already.

I have used Brewer Towing several times. They are my go to when I need a tow. People are friendly, efficient and timely. Great business to deal with.

When I went to get my license plates and belongings in my car, I noticed they had ransacked my car. I’m 100% sure they took parts out of my car as well because car wouldn’t even turn on and I couldn’t even open the trunk. They need to look into to hiring more professional people to answer phones or to talk to customers. One guy kept cussing because he couldn’t get the computer to work and the older lady who works there is just plain rude. I wish my car was never taken to this dump.
