Called in need of a tow and spoke with Tammy. She quickly took my information and location and assured me someone would be there ASAP. Literally 10 minutes later the driver Chris pulled up. His first concern was getting my family in his truck and safely off highway. He was very professional and was a pleasure to talk to. He definitely took my mind off the situation I was in. Companies nowadays lack customer service skills but these to don’t. They are definitely saved as a point of contact if ever needed again. Great job!

Needed to have my sons Jeep towed. Called them in the morning, got prices & set time to arrive. He was super nice guy! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. Their rates are the lowest that I found, very good prices! I would recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

Brewington's towing is a complete RIP-OFF! Our semi truck was towed 3 miles to their yard, under 2 hours of total work, charged us $2,690.00. Don't have any com-checks, not accepting credit cards, which makes very difficult to make a payment since I'm from another state. Very rude too. Be careful, do not call them! Find another towing company!

Called and they had a driver there in 15 minutes, and work with me to find an auto repair shop, going so far as recommending several options. Fantastic service, and though I would not like to have to call them to soon or to often, will be a return customer

Great company, Eric came out and got two lawn mowers unstuck. Called and they were here in less than 30 minutes. Definitely will call again if we get stuck

On August 11,2022 my 2010 Pontiac Vibe blew a head gasket, and I have AAA auto towing, but they let me down this day. I was stranded in Fort Lonesome at the gas station. AAA was called and they told me 1 hour someone would be there. Well 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I called back, the tow company that was coming there, their truck broken down. So now it could be up to 3 hours from now, it was 6pm at this time, but the owner of the gas station told me I had until 8pm, so I started panicking and calling tow companies, NO ONE BUT BREWINGTON'S TOWING would help me out. They said, "we are sending a truck your way. " It took him about 30 minutes to get to Fort Lonesome which was GREAT time, considering how far away Plant City is to Fort Lonesome. I RECOMMEND BREWINGTON'S TOWING TO EVERYONE THAT NEEDS A TOW. CAM WAS OUR TOW DRIVER, EXCELLENT, POLITE, RESPECTFUL MAN.

Known this company and family for 28 years. They give back to the community all the time. They are top notch!

Our truck broke on I -4 and Brewingtons not only answered to phone immediately but also showed up in record time.
The driver was fantastic and assured me it would be no problem to get our truck back to the shop. And he did just that. Excellent service. Excellent driver! Brewingtons is top notch and I will only call them in the future!

Brewington’s tow service saved my life, I was disabled in Plant city off of
I4, had been a member of AAA for over 30 years. They left me hung out to dry for hours with poor communication. I was all alone it was getting dark I was not in a safe place. After many calls to AAA and no communication back from them. I had to organize my own tow service back to Tampa. I cannot say enough about this company, as they were to me in less than an hour, and got my car back to Tampa by 11 PM. Thanks to all I came in contact with on the evening of July 9, for rescuing me and getting my vehicle back home safe. Thank you thank you, Tammie Heselton

I had been waiting for almost 3 hours for the tow truck AAA dispatched for me despite follow up phone calls they basically said the company would call me with an ETA which never came. I called Brewinton’s and they gave me an ETA of 44 minutes and were there in 20 minutes…polite…kind and helpful! Thank you fella’s you were my blessing today!

Honest, fast, friendly no hype. My driver was the best tow truck, I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Great job guys.

These guys were just the bomb. I've had tow places steal EVERYTHING out of my vehicle before I was able to pick the stuff up. Driver took pics & assured me no one would even touch my touch and he was right! Highly recommended. Awesome folks!

They show that they accept credit cards on their web site but when you go to pay they make you pay with cash.

I had to call these guys AFTER my insurance company told me it would be 75 mins for a truck to change my tire. I started working on the tire myself, got it off but still need assistance. Call these guys and it took em about 15 minutes to get to me. They finished the job and made sure my spare was sufficient. I can’t say thank you enough you saved this mama from Tampa broke down far away from home with her babies.

Don’t recommend! At all I called asking do they accept 2 cards on the same transaction but when I got there to pay they said Cash only. After not allowing me to at least pay down on my balance the prior week so that I wouldn’t have to pay 600-700 all at once. I will never use their service again.
