Food was ok and it literally took one hours for the whole deal that should have been way less than that since it wasn't even busy.

You want a burger in South Florida, make the trip here service excellent burgers great choice and believe it not Mondays they have $12.95 all burgers so why would you not come here on a Monday? But remember even if your burger has a double patty 4 ounce you're getting a single 6 oz patty which is still an awesome deal. Check out the pictures that's more than enough burger for anybody

This is one of my favorite burger spots. I've been to the location twice and enjoyed the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going with a friend, the burgers are huge, everything is fresh and full of flavor. As of January 2024 I've tried every burger on menu and loved them all. I usually order delivery via apps and orders are always accurate.

First time going to this spot @ Coconut Creek location lastnight becuase I saw their post online however service was a huge disappointment due to understaffing. Unfortunately this place was overwhelmed with customers and it took 30 minutes for our order. I would have gave it 4 to 5 stars for the service however today wasn't that day. I would have been satisfied if it was communicated to us if the service was going to take long instead of not communicating anything at all. Aside from the service, the food was very well worth the wait and the cook/server did apologize for the inconvenience and gave one of their signature shakes on the house. Running a small business is tough after 2 years from the pandemic and tonight was a BUMP in the road however I'm sure the staff at BRGR STOP will get it right the next visit!

Food, service, and overall impression of the place was fantastic, my only regret was that I didn't smoke a fat one before coming

This place kept popping up in Facebook adds so I figured we needed to give it a try. My first question would be, why did we wait so long followed what are you paying Kaelyn our server because it’s not enough.

I’ve thought Tucker Duke had one of the best craft burger in south Florida but as they don’t allow any changes to menu items it knocks their score down. BRGR Stop does although I don’t need one. This is the best cooked burger I’ve ever had. The fries are very good although they could’ve been hotter (temp). The thing that puts it all over the top is the excellent and attentive service provided by Kaelyn, our server. He came back to check on us several times and made superb suggestions for beers and burgers both. Parking was plentiful but I suppose going at 1pm had something to do with that. We’re going back for the food and staying because of the great service.

Very Poor customer service. My husband and I (I’m pregnant) walked in and were asked if we were dining in and we said we were going to order to go. We then sat at the bar area waited for someone to come and take our order. No one asked if we were ready the same guy who asked us if we were dining in saw us and didn’t ask what we were going to order. His colleague saw us sitting there and didn’t even say a word, I was staring at her waiting for her to take our order. All she did was look away. Extremely disappointed with the service, we decided to leave. Remember customer service counts always. No worth us spending our money here and still have to leave a tip for horrible service.

I feel like the food to price ratio is off. The food has been adequate but pricey.
Customer service while friendly has been a little off as far as bringing menus, taking drink orders, etc.
I will most likely go again because of its nearby location in comparison to other spots.

If you really want to have a extraordinary burger visit this place.
We had our dinner here and EVERYTHING was so yummy.
To drink we tasted an Unholy Tripple which taste like an IPA and the other one was Vodoo Ranger Juicy Haze and was fabulous… no too bit no too light.
For the dinner we had:
1) Copperpoint Beer Cheese Triple Burger: 3 Pattie’s 4 oz e/o, sesame bound, a lot of bacon, beer cheese made it with lagunitas IPA beer, salted…onion caramelized
2) A craft burger: “Oh la la” 8oz ground beef, arugula, Brie cheese, Dijon garlic alioli, blackberry jam and I exchange the bacon for mushrooms.

All of them come with DELICIOUS FRESH CRUNCHY French fries.

Additionally the atmosphere was nice, the place and bathrooms were clean. Original decoration and AWESOME costumer service.

Our waitress Kathleen was really nice, kind, patient and knowledgeable about the food and beer options and Jeff was always taking care that we were having everything we needed.

I must say that should come in and give the opportunity to forget about the calories and enjoy life in a nice place tasting these scrumptious burgers.

Btw we arrived at 9: 25pm and they are closing at 10pm so we asked if we can eat there and they said of course, no rush enjoy your dinner!

Brgr Stop is a pretty unique burger joint. The service staff were great. Very friendly, patient, and prompt. There are a ton of burger choices on the menu and a plethora of sides. The burgers are not run of the mill. Using a delicious blend of burger meat and a modern take on flavor profiles, I would definitely recommend Brgr Stop to anyone looking for a good burger.

By far the best burger place! Never disappointed when I go the food and service is always great highly recommend trying this place out!

Delicious burgers. I tried the Vampire Slayer and it was super tasty. I would also recommend the tater tots, they were perfectly crispy.

Great place to go if you want to try interesting food options. One big con is that it can be a bit pricey, definitely not the place to go every day

This place needs to close. Worst burger ever. Dry. Burnt. Expensive. Not worth it. Felt sick

I'm gonna start off by saying that service was good. Our server was nice and handled the issues fast and accordingly. 1. We ordered 3 burgers and 1 kids mac and cheese. All 3 burgers were ordered medium and one of them came out mostly raw. Our server quickly got a new one made cooked to medium.
2. The kids mac and cheese didn't have any flavor really as we tried it when our child wouldn't eat it after a few bites. It was chalky/grainy and really watery.
3. A few hours after leaving. All of us got sick with the runs including our child. We felt so sick that we couldn't eat anything else for the rest of the day.
4. The flavor of the 3 burgers were not that good. I had the bet it all on black garlic one $19.95, my husband had the big sexy $20.50, and plain Jane add Lettuce and bacon $16.95. We also ordered two appetizers, bacon cheese fries and Mexican Street corn. The corn was amazing actually. We also ordered a reeses peanut butter cup which was just a vanilla shake with two reeses dropped in it.

Overall, I wouldn't go back because of how over priced the food was when the flavor wasn't there and all of us getting sick from it. The service was great and I really hope that my family's experience was a one off.

I have been here quite a few times now, 2019 or 2020 was my first time in there and ever since I will always recommend this to friends and family who visit the area! It is such a small unique spot that feels unlike any normal burger place. I have tried various burgers and they all did NOT disappoint! The Big A$$ pretzel is phenomenal compared to other pretzels I’ve had with beer cheese. The fried peanut butter balls and captain crunch chicken fingers are also really different appetizers that are well worth it. All the milkshakes are great too. You can’t miss with this place.
