As a recent customer of this people, what I only going to say is that their Customer Service is AWFUL. Kind of nasty & more, NOT PROFESSIONAL.

VERY RESPONSIBLE, HONEST, SERIOUS, THAT DO KOWS EVERYTHING REGARDING HIS JOB AND ALSO TELL YOU WHAT TO DO AND WHATS THE VERY BEST FOR YOU TO DO. Simple I'll continuing CONTACTED HIM whenever I need. After making an appointment for a pump-out and leaving a check under the mat, no one showed up. I called today and was on hold for over an hour and a half, I started reading reviews and called Drain Mechanics to come out instead. The reason this is a three and not a one is because they were the ones that installed my septic tank. A fence contractor cut into one of the lines and Brian Davis Septic did the repair and didn't charge me in 2020.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Called this morning because of an issue with my septic system. Said they would come and look at the issue. By 12 noon, no one came so I called again to see what time they would be coming. Basically, they had no intentions on coming. The lady that answered the phone proceeded to tell me that my service agreement expired in February. No one sent me anything to renew before it expired. Said she would email me the form to renew. Glad I’m not holding my breathe because I still have not received it. Very poor service. Both ladies answering the phone need to be fired! I called Drain Mechanics as I hear they are WAY better than these people. Wish I could give zero stars.

Do yourself a favor and call Drain Mechanics. I called Brian Davis on a Friday afternoon due to the septic alarm going off. A technician came out and said it would need to be pumped, but that wouldn’t be able to happen until Tuesday. I called the office Monday afternoon to pre pay and the woman from the office staff told me that wouldn’t be possible and also that they wouldn’t be able to send anyone out until Wednesday due to a problem with their pump truck. When I voiced frustration over the fact that we had already gone through Easter weekend needing a pump out and now we had to wait even longer, her response to me was “well you should probably call someone else”. Gladly. I couldn’t believe that someone would say that to a customer with a paid contract. Called drain mechanics Monday afternoon and they were at my home Tuesday morning. Pumped out the septic tank and found issues from the install Brian Davis did. Fixed them within 10 minutes. All for the price I was originally quoted from Brian Davis. It’s a shame the builders here use Brian Davis. They set you up for problems in the future.

They are very deceptive and they do not follow up with inspections scheduling inspections not followed. I feel that they are liars maybe even scammers
