Excellent - Excellent! I've being with State Farm since mid 90s! I've started with an agent in Manhattan Beach, CA and being with company for 15 something years. I moved to Florida and tried an agent in Naples. Not all the State Fram is the same. I was happy to find BRIAN GLAESER and quickly switch to his office! What a great experience. Attitude and professionalism is the key! Every one at the office, no matter how many times I've called are always cheerful, full of very useful information. I spoke to Margie today, she is by far the most knowledgeable member of the Brian Gleaser team. I have spoke to other team members there and have still had questions when done speaking to them. I have been with Brian Gleaser for 5 years and have thought many times of leaving, however they outdid themselves with customer service this time.
