I absolutely 100 percent love this company. Let’s start with Chris. She is honestly the greatest, she is the best office manager that I’ve come across and they are very lucky to have such an incredible, kindhearted and hardworking woman working for them. Michael is absolutely amazing, as well. Hard working, honest, reliable. These people are great, I trust them with my life (quite literally, they’re fixing the thing I drive everyday) and they won’t rip you off by trying to make a quick buck.thank you for all that you do. I have been coming here for 10 years. They are always kind, knowledgeable and they let you pet the dogs. Chris and company do their best to make you feel welcome. Brian's son, Micheal, has taken over the day to day operation and has not missed a beat. Honest, hardworking folks.

My first experience was definitely a 5-star experience! I had just moved from New York, and my vehicle was not impressed with the drive. I was in a parking lot of a restaurant and called AAA for assistance. I had no idea where to have it towed to, but the server recommended them. It took 2 days, but they were really great about fixing the issue.
Two months later, I called to see if I could have it looked at for some minor issues, and they are scheduled out for the next 2 weeks. Although the issues are minor, I really can't wait that long to have it looked at. I am disappointed that I will have to take it elsewhere and that they didn't even inquire about what the issue was to gauge the situation. I understand that places get busy, but I wonder if it was brought to them by AAA if it would be prioritized differently or if it would take 2 weeks also. Unfortunately, this is a lost customer.

I was a kid when my dad took all our vehicles there to be worked on, and as I've grown and now have a family of my own, this is where we go for everything from regular maintenance to major repairs. This family-owned business employs the most skilled technicians. From the shop to the front office, their customer service is top notch. They literally know everyone in our family by name - even the kiddos ages! They are honest and reasonably priced. We trust them implicitly. In fact, we just transitioned our recently purchased vehicle from routine maintenance/ service at the local dealership to Brian Pessolano Auto Repair & Services, something I knew I should have done from day one. Work that the dealership quoted me an arm and leg on, which I had been putting off for a few months, I just had done at Brian's in one day at a fraction of the cost. Just all around good people and quality work. Definitely give them a call!

Mike and his workers did an outstanding job on my custom car, repaired 4 oil pan stripped bolts, gasket, a few hoses, leaking fittings.cant thank them enough! Thank you Mike! Joe
