I've worked with Brian on several projects including my own home and I find him as one of the most competent roofing contractors in the area.

I can't say enough great things about Brian Sikes Roofing. They replaced a flat roof that had ponding water on 3/4 of the roof.
They expertly determined the source of the leak, removed the parapet wall that was retaining water, saved a lot of money on adjoining shingles, fixed all requested repairs on other areas of the roof, gave great attention to detail, perfect cleanup, exceptionally pleasant to work with, totally courteous at all times,
made sure I was completely satisfied. I have another flat roof on same house and was told replacement not necessary for another five years. Honesty and expertise. Deltona Florida Two years ago we contact Sikes roofing came out and repaired roof vents and flashing. Their employees were professional and did a quality job. On November 10th we were hit by Hurricane Nicole. It damaged 3 shingles of my 12 year old roof. We called Brian to come out and examine our roof. He came out and replaced the 3 damage shingles and said our roof will be good for a few more years. Then refused to accept any payment for his time and efforts That is the definition of service.
