Customer Service is terrible. I left a dozen messages with their receptionist to have the owner call me to discuss my concerns to no avail. My mortgage company sent Brian Taylor my annual premium from the escrow account and rather than forward my funds to the holder of my insurance policy in Chicago, Brian Taylor sent the check back to the financial institution because they (brokers) didn’t want to actual handle the funds. Brian Taylor’s sales people will wear you out chasing your work, but ignore you once they have it.
