I can't say enough about my experience working with Bri! I went in to the process with a pretty wide net of what I was looking for, and through conversations and a couple of days of visits, she was quickly able to help recognize my trends and priorities in finding my first home. In fact, the house that I ended up getting was one that I had glanced over at first, but she directed me back to it as she knew it fit exactly what I was looking for.

As a first time homebuyer, she helped set the stage for what was going to happen. When I got overwhelmed with paperwork, $$s, or different legalese, she was always went above and beyond to get me answers or clarify.

Lastly, if you are someone who enjoys playing with numbers for all different scenarios on best/worst offers, Bri is the realtor for you! Each offer we discussed multiple scenarios that we could go in with, as well as pros/cons of each situation. Whatever choice I went with, I knew she would have my back and keep me posted as negotiations moved forward.
