Food was great but waitresses kept walking by for 20 minutes without acknowledging us. I felt sorry for them they did not look happy to be there, except for our server!

Great place with a good Breakfast & lunch menu (I haven't been for dinner yet)
I love eating outside, the staff is very friendly. This is the 2nd time I've been here & I enjoyed it each time and will go back.
I had the Latin Omelet, so good, different.
I had enough for my lunch the next day lol

First time here. Recommended by plenty of my family members. Tried the Cuban Quesadilla, Coconut Shrimp, Mussels with Garbanzo Bean and Chorizo, and Tostones with Crab Meat for appetizers. Our party ate them all. Had to order more. Salads with the entrees were freshly tossed and crisp. Entrees included several Grouper specials, Seared Ahi, and a 20 oz Ribeye. All were great and cooked correctly. Service was great. They kept up with clearing plates and drink orders. Definitely coming here again.

Still here, let me start by saying I love this place but tonight our dishes sat far to long without being served: the flank steak was well done not medium and my seared tune was just cold-

My fiancé and I went to Brian's Place last weekend, we went in and there was a table of four that were getting to leave, a couple, and us. We loved the building and its decor it seemed like a family style environment. Once we sat down we waited ten minutes for a waitress to come over to us, there was a group of five standing around the desk drinking and talking. Once she came over she asked for our order which we found odd because we didn't even have drinks. So we placed our drink order and it took eight minutes for our drinks to come to the table (both sodas). We ordered the coconut shrimp to start off with before deciding on what we wanted for our dinner. As we were waiting we noticed all the staff around the desk talking again except for one who had her earphones in and cleaning up tables inside and outside. Once the coconut shrimp arrived the were almost coffee colored brown. We decided to try one of them, I tried taking a bite but they were so hard I couldn't even bite through, my fiancé had the same problem and tapped it on the plate. It sounded like a rock, we waited for our waitress to come back, once she did several minutes later we told her we wanted new ones because the ones we had were clearly burnt. She could even tell, she walked back to the kitchen and said our table needed new one's because they were burnt. The cook in the back screamed, no lie "THEY AREN'T BURNT! ". We were sitting in a far back table towards the front windows.how unprofessional. Within two minutes we were brought out new ones. My fiancé was already upset with the waiting, the talking, the lack of customer experience shown in the restaurant. When we were brought the new ones we had already been there forty-five minutes. He canceled our order and asked for the check, we weren't even asked why we wanted to cancel, why we wanted the check. No manager came over to ask us what happened, or if they could fix the problem. So she comes back with no check, telling us its comped. But we wanted to pay for our drinks, so she came back with another check. We paid for our two sodas and left a ten dollar tip. It was not our waitress fault whatsoever. But the lack of professionalism, customer service, and as first time customers we will never come back. It was a very poor first time visit and we will not be returning.

My friends and I visited Brian’s place for a friend’s bridal shower. When making the reservation, we were asked if we wanted to reserve a private room for $75, which we happily agreed. However, the room was not private. It’s a quieter part of the restaurant, not an enclosed private space. It’s next to the kitchen door and the sliding door to go to the outside patio. Guests freely entered our “private room” to go outside, as well as the kitchen staff to enter the kitchen. We were frequently interrupted by guests, though they had good intentions. I spoke to the female manager, who was curt, indignant, unapologetic, and insulting. She did not offer any accommodation nor acknowledged that restaurant guests were entering and leaving our “private space. ” The food was good, but we found hair in one of the salads. The owner later came out to congratulate my friend and offered her dessert on the house. The owner and server were polite, but the manager ruined our whole experience. We will not be back. If you do want to book a private area, ask for the upstairs one.

Dine in at the bar/lounge, dine in at the dining area, or eat outside on the front patio with music or out on the back patio on the water. Elegant food in a casual atmosphere and casual price. Try the bartenders’ drink mixologies - truly creative. This Holiday Season is the Ginglebell Spritz!

Have eaten here before was great food but this time food had no flavor mine or my wife's lost my business

Brian just recently updated his menu. I love the new options. The duck wing appetizer is one of our favorites and the bread pudding is out of this world! Dinner is always delicious. Every time we go there everything is always held to the utmost highest standards. It is never a disappointment and always a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night or just a fun night out.

Had a wonderful brunch serviced by Jamie! Beautiful environment on the patio, Great prices, amazing food and friendly services! Will definitely come back for bottomless mimosas and grouper tacos.

My party and I felt wholly disrepected at this establishment. We were offered seating outdoors in the back patio. After being seated, we waited for 20 minutes without being attended to, or even asked for our drink selections.
Under other circumstances the slow service would be understandable, however, the place was empty so we realized it was simply that they chose to disregard us. Please acknowledge that if you are seated in the back patio, you will likely be ignored.

Good food. The wait staff seemed to be stretched a bit thin. Thirty minutes to be served, but the food was excellent.

Wasn't really sure what to expect here but we walked away wowed and very satisfied. The grouper and plantain dish was delightful and we enjoyed our cocktails. Some very inspired food to be found here.

My daughter and I were there last night, October 30,2021. The staff, all, was accommodating, kind, helpful, and overall wonderful.
The atmosphere little noisy but not a problem. The food was mediocre. We had the duck wings appetizer which was great. The stuffed plantains tough and cold. The salmon very tasty. The sides
were inedible, cold hard and not chewable. I kept the salmon which was ok, not special, but ok, and sent the sides back.
The new sides of rice was mushy like overcooked grits and the beans were cold and hard and tastless. A disappointment at a restaurant I was excited to introduce to my visiting daughter. Will not return.

Delicious food, reasonable price, and excellent service! Our server, Jamie, was absolutely amazing! Super attentive, sweet, and diligent. Highly recommend to anyone looking to brunch near the water and excellent service!

Able to sit outdoors. Service was great! Appetizer came out quickly and was delicious. Entrée was also very tasty. They had a wide variety of dessert choices. The live music was a talented guitarist singer "Just Chad" was doing a great job with cover tunes from varied genres.
