Excellently maintained neighborhood. Great location & very safe w/24hour security. Very convenient to Okeechobee Blvd and the Turnpike.

I bought a place here in 2017 thinking it was the perfect place. HOA is already expensive and they started started hiring these security guys that gives you a $45 ticket without warning. So forget being able to have anyone come visit your place because you will get a ticket. Impossible to get a guest pass if they are only open from 9-5 so imagine having last minute visitors!? TICKET! So if your looking to buy or rent look else where because the parking is ALWAYS going to be a problem!

Hit or miss. They are hot and cold. It’s hard to find them at times. I wish they put someone at the gate at night when we are so tired from work who is capable of handling the flow.instead the slowest person is there. He is kind and sweet, but so slowwww and we get back up to jog road!

The property manager does nothing but is extremely rude to the homeowners, you’d never guess we pay the HOA who turns around and pay him. When I just moved here it was a great place to raise a family now it’s at great place to get harassed! Contant break-ins to cars and homes, police are always in the neighborhood. Common area stinks of weed and the so called property manager get out of the office to look into the issues. Visitors parking area not maintained, landscaping not picking up after the cut the grass and the list goes on. The schools in the area are the only thing going g for it.

Cockroaches all over the place! I wish I read the reviews before buying a home in here! My place was robbed 3 times in a week! Wesley the manger doesn’t do anything except harass everyone. I will be reporting him to the housing authority for discrimination. If you aren’t white and rich they will deny your ability to rent or own. It’s pitiful!

Use to be Good living here but since the new property management company Jilsa management took over thing are real bad People leave their Garbage out for months not taken out and nothing is done about it.

The Property Manger here, Wesley is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. He was very unprofessional and rude, he even refused to provide contact information to his manager or those he reported to when I requested. It can be cleary seen he does not care for the concerns of the owners and residents that reach out for assistance. I loved everything else about the association and neighborhood minus the property management.
