Great business model, helpful all the way through the process. And every person we've had to contact (at least 6 to 8 folks) professional, conscientious, and responsive. Makes sense they've been around for 30 years.

Have placed six orders, all of which have been perfect, both inscriptions and symbols. Orders were all placed accurately and delivered intact to Idaho on time. Highly recommend Bricks R Us!

We have a Veterans Memorial Park where we have brick pavers. Originally, we got the pavers thru the monument company we were dealing with for the granite monuments. Delivery time was 3-4 months after placing order. We searched internet and found Bricks R Us. We are absolutely delighted with the service (Kim is great!) and the pricing. Let me tell the ways:

1) they were able to exactly match the brick and font on the pavers we had installed (that, of course, was a must)

2) their price is less than 50% what we were paying

3) Everything done electronically; 1) I send them my spreadsheet with data; 2) they convert into their system; 3) they send me proof for approval; 4) I send approval back; 5) they put order in for production; 6) they send invoice and I pay (credit card or write an on-line check to them that is tied to our local bank; there are other ways too; 7) they send me the bricks. Steps 1 thru 6 takes less than a week. Delivery is then about 6 weeks, but can be less if I place a second order within about 2-3 weeks. (our orders now are small.about 20 bricks per month.

4) they have MUCH more on line capabilities related to fundraising and ordering, but since we already had our system, we stayed with it. We have about 400 pavers installed to date with room for 1,000 more.

I highly recommend Brick R Us for any veterans organization planning or building a Veterans Memorial Park or anyone else needing engraved pavers.
