7I want to let everyone know how professional, efficient, and personable Rosaura Lopez is as the General Manager of the Brickell Key II condominium. With Rosaura steering the rudders, I can sleep well at night knowing that the building is being managed at optimum performance.
They cut the water without notice for 5 hours just like that. The association manager has no idea how to run this building. The rest of the staff are nice
Beautiful scenery and nice area. However lots of traffic at times.
Elys Rodríguez and Maribella Otriz are always so attentive and helpful to all residents, they keep the building in great condition. All front desk staff is on point and always greet with a smile. Overall the staff is wonderful and we love living in bkII.

Sometimes in both Brickell key 2 and especially Brickell key 1 buildings there is loud screaming in the lobby areas. It is not because of residents but because of staff, which sometimes are both rude impolite and loud. These buildings need to better train their staffs to not use improper or incorrect language.
Love the view and the people. Food is great too. Its been remodeled so brickell key has changed for the better. Nice staff at lobby area and great place to walk at sunset.:)
