Excellent friendly service and great craftsmanship. I had a pair of Redwings resoled from leather bottoms to vibram rubber. They did a really great job. I will definitely return if I need repairs.

This shop did a fantastic job restoring the latch on a leather purse that had broken. Made my friends day when she got her favorite purse back in like new condition.

I brought a belt, 2 pairs of shoes and a small purse with a broken zipper. Just put the little tabs on two pairs of shoes or a cost me $24. To fix the zipper would’ve been $20 so I turned those 3 jobs down. That is outragious! Also had a belt made larger and that was done to my satisfaction. They are just too expensive. Owner said the prices are because he pays $4000 a month in rent so the consumer suffers. Definitely not little Havana prices but more like Brickell prices. I will not return. The belt was ready on time

I cannot rave enough about this place. They are miracle workers! They have fixed so many of my shoes of which I thought were broken beyond repair. I’ve been coming here for years and they do an incredible job every time with my luxury brand shoes. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Brickell Repair!

They deserve no STARS > Talk about lack of customer service. From the moment I walked in they the lady was already frowning at the front desk.
It seems that they were about to close soon so they weren’t very happy that I came in I came in for my alteration of pants.

I ask if they were able to do it and they said yes.
They asked If needed to try them on I would like to so I can make sure that the length is correct.
Again they frowned and she rolled her eyes. She said well the alterations guy is about to leave now pointing at him
So I asked if I can leave it there and how much it was? She told me eight $18 for my alteration.but the unwelcome and unprofessional feeling made be take my business elsewhere will never come back again! I can see why they have so many bad reviews i should of checked their reviews before goin to the store. Very bad customer service and very high prices! Stay away!

Excellent work and great service. Parking is free in this calle ocho strip mall, and street parking is an option if full.

I’ve been there a few times to get several of my high heels repaired. So far they have done an excellent job on everything. I’m extremely happy with the workmanship. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Fast service & always ready as promised. Highly recommended.

Lame service, I paid $35 for super simple alternation, they returned the dress without even steaming it. Have never seen anything like that.

I’ve had several high end dress shoes done by them and their work is immaculate. I’m always take care of very well.

I have had several heels repaired and purses cleaned ans repaired here for VERY reasonable prices. Quick turn around as well.

I needed a suit dry cleaned ASAP so I called them to see how quick they could get it done. I called on a Sunday at 1pm (they close at 2) and the guy said as long as I drop it off before they close, it'll be done the next day by 10 am. He even said they could do it earlier, but 10 am worked for me. He was extremely sweet and my suit was ready on time as promised! I'll definitely be back!

Got my wife’s heels repaired the same day. Courteous gentleman was very polite. He’s truly professional and he’s price much better than the other shops. You can definitely trust him for any shoe repair.

Got in and out of this place in less than 10 minutes with my heels fixed! Incredibly efficient, quality and friendly service at a reasonable price ($13). Parking is a little tough since it's downtown but they're so fast I was able to have my husband wait in the car while I jumped out and got my shoes fixed!

As of now they have just ruined a pair of brand new $330 shoes that I just bought. I took them in to get shampooed and they were returned to me having look like they just aged a year. One of them is in great condition, the other is ruined. They look like they are from 2 pairs of the same shoe bought at completely different times.

Even the cashier remarked that they did not look the same at all. I will update this review as this unfolds but luckily I have documented the whole experience and will be taking them to small claims court if need be. Hopefully they will fix the problem they have just created.

And the hem/taper job I received was mediocre on top of paying for the most expensive hem/taper job in my life.

My experience with two pairs of shoes (one women's suede heels and one men's leather loafers) was average. The suede was slightly spotted and the heels were blanched in some areas, but overall much better, and the loafers noticeably rejuvenated

They messed up my wedding shoes. It was very meaningful for my life. But I had to garbage them. They shampoo my shoes and it was totally different color. I was very angry because they didn't have any action for that. It was very stressful. I can never buy the same shoes.
