The main entrance is under repair so you enter through a side entrance that takes you to the hall and is decorated for super fun Halloween. I saw everything super clean. 4 elevators. The people are friendly. It has valet parking, the entrance that faces the street has surveillance and barriers that if the car is not registered you cannot pass. Pets are registered.
