4I had problems with my portable oxygen machine. I called Scott and he directed me to their website to fill out the form for the replacement. They received the form on Tuesday, and we had the replacement unit the next day. I was amazed that this was so easy and fast. I would highly recommend them and their service.
There is no way to put into words the thanks for the great above and beyond level of serve and care that I got when my Portable Oxygen concentrator stopped working. Scott did everything in his power to get me back up and breathing again, what a life saver. At 90 years old and constant Doctor appointments and CT Scans to go to. Scott came through. Great Service and wonderful CARE!
