If I could give them a million more stars I would. My daughter has been attending BH for a few months now. At first she was having a tough time since she was not a big fan of her previous daycare. Things totally changed when we moved to BH learning center, she has been thriving. It is clear to me from her photos from the center that she is having a wonderful time learning with her friends. Her mood has shifted to a happy one upon being picked up since she is having such a great time during the day. The center makes all the difference because of the people who work here, Ms. Monica, Ms. Martha and Ms. Roxany make bringing your child here a delight of an experience. They are kind and compassionate yet intelligent, and practical in their solutions to problems. The center is communicative and transparent as to their plans and procedures. Most importantly, any parent walking in here can tell that the other parents and children are happy being dropped off. I am truly in awe of this center and can go on and on, but if you are a (admittedly) paranoid parent like I am, I highly recommend that you give this place a shot. I had my daughter at 2 different places before and a private nanny, yet none made me feel as safe and happy as this one. Most importantly, this is where my daughter has been the happiest and has thrived the most.

I have 2 kids at this center and my third will be joining them soon hopefully. I've got nothing but great things to say about BH. The center is always clean and taken very seriously, the teachers and employees are all so nice and caring to the kids, always smiles and cheerful praises from the moment we walk thru the main door to when we drop off the kids to their teachers at their classrooms. Communication with the parents is top notch. The teachers keep the kids engaged in fun and educational activities. My daughter always asks us to role play and she'll pretend to be her teacher (from school) and we have to be the students in her classroom. We're incredibly lucky to have this school so close to our house.

Bright Horizons at Boca has been amazing. We started at the center when my son was 2 yrs old. He is now 5 and excelling in Kindergarten. I have the amazing teachers and staff to thank for that at BH.
Now my daughter is 2 and started at BH. She enjoys walking into school and playing with her friends. Can’t wait to see her grow there for the next 3 years.
The staff is like family! Hands down always recommending BH at Boca!

Very poor supervision, so unprofessional teachers! The worst school I could ever see! It's all about money! So so very disappointed about this school! I had my child for 6 months in this school, it was a nightmare for my child and for us as parents! Very unprofessional teacher, poor supervision, my child felt and got bruises on her genitals! The teachers didn't see her and didn't call me! Poor communication between parents and teacher! In few months, my daughter became very shy, easy intimidated and also unhappy child! My daughter’s teacher was awful, very unprofessional and ignorant. Thank to our pediatrician dr who told me to take her out from this torture preschool! She's in new school and I can't believe how happy she is now!
P. S it's not my first review but the director beg me to remove the review because they don't want to show their reality!

The most caring and passionate group of people you could ever wish for to watch over your precious children. Between our three children we have been to four day cards in West boca. Bright Horizons is by far and asay the best. It's not just the children the staff is also so nice and friendly to parents as well. I really feel comfortable sending my son there.

Thanks Bright Horizons!

I wish I could give more stars.
My daughter loves going to school. Bringing her inside everyday, I never saw any child unattended, broken toys, or anything wrong. The school is clean, well organized and the staff is just amazing. It's an peace of paradise for the kids. Loved it

As a former parent, current employee (I am the Health and Safety Director) and now new parent. I LOVE BH AT BOCA! My son, who is 21 came to this school when he was 2 and now my baby girl, who is 2 months old is in our infant program! I am so grateful to work for this company and for the opportunities it offers, plus the bonus of having my baby girl close! The staff are my extended family!

So many great things to say about this school, I don’t know where to start. They have cared for both my children as if they were their own since they were infants. Both are having fun, learning new things and most importantly learning to be nice, caring children. So lucky to be a part of the Bright Horizons Family.

They put a really good fake face on for the parents and that's about it. The teachers are clearly over worked and Mistreated. They have NOTHING for simulating the children including a play ground with broken toys, a dirty pile called a garden and a small "play ground" for the baby's that includes 1 ball, 2 push cars, and a bench
I was sickened that they have the nerve to charge $1600 plus a month. When they have children in Rooms that are bare with toys, class work, projects, and life. The teachers look grungy with baggy white tee shirts. A teacher in the little room even bent over to pick up a child and saw all of her cleavage down to the bra hanging out. That is not what I want to see when I'm thinking about schools for my child. This school was recommended to me by a friend. But after all I saw I dont know why anyone would recommend this place. It's a jail for children under 5. Also why are teachers writing the reviews and not actually parents? Teachers are gonna give 5 stars cause they need a job. Very disappointing coming from Boca Raton

Our experience at Discovery preschool was a nightmare. I saw all the negative reviews online and choose to ignore them and boy was I wrong. This school is very close to our house and ways always recommended on Boca Moms Facebook page which is why we chose it. From day one something didn’t feel right to me, but against my better judgement I sent my daughter for two months thinking it was just in my head. To start, they advertise media, gym, and music three days a week. Gym never happened in the two months we were there, music happened once and media consisted of the kids going to a different classroom for a different teacher to read them a book. Everything listed on their website under Enrichments & Extracurricular Activities, never happened. A complete joke! They do not follow the schedule they provide you. Everyday when I picked my daughter up, the kids on the playground were running wild while teachers talked amongst themselves not watching the children. One day I saw a teacher grab a little girls face and say “look at me, I didn’t like that! ”. In the window of another class I saw a teacher snatching things from a small child aggressively and walk awhile as the child cried hysterically. I walked in to my daughter class when the teacher didn’t know I was there to her grabbing my daughters arm to keep her at circle time even though she was just getting up because she saw me. Just an overall feeling of nastiness and no love throughout the entire school. Additionally, the classroom was dirty, smelled and my child who never got sick was sick the entire two months of being there along of several other kids in the class. For the life of me I couldn’t understand why anyone would recommend this place. All this alone would be reason to pull my daughter out of this school but unfortunately this was nothing compared to how my daughter was treated. Now to get into the truly inexcusable things that happened to my daughter. This was her first school experience. She is 3 and had been home with a nanny during the day while mommy and daddy worked. She was excited to go to school, excited to be a big girl and went relatively happily for the first couple of weeks. She is a very sensitive little girl and very shy, she takes awhile to get comfortable with new people and she is very attached to mommy. Naturally she cried at drop off which I thought was normal but would say she had a fun day. Something shifted a few weeks in and she was terrified to go to school. She started telling me school is scary and it’s really not good. Telling me she never wants to see her screaming teachers again. She started to play school at home and reenact the day and she would be the teacher, she’d yell and get mad and say things like what is wrong with you, stop crying or you’ll go to the baby room. She started grabbing my face and say look at me, you listen to me, I am very mad at you! I am the teacher, I make the rules! All very out of character for my sweet little girl and very alarming behavior. Turns out the teachers had no patience for a little girl who cried at drop off, missed mommy during the day and who was sensitive and got her feelings hurt easily. They would scream at her because she was crying, threaten her with being sent to the baby room and tell her mommy and daddy weren’t coming back. They shamed her by saying look at your friends they aren’t crying why are you? They told her something was wrong with her, told her to cry all she wanted they aren’t buying it. They scared her, all because she this was her first time away from home and it was hard for her. Instead of doing their jobs and gaining her trust and building her confidence and help her make friends and enjoy school and learn they bullied her and ruined her first school experience. They tried to break my sweet innocent, happy, loving little girl. Treating a young child or any child like this is damaging and detrimental to their development.

Discovery Preschool is an amazing school. My children are beyond loved and are learning a tremendous amount. The teachers are caring and structured which gives both of my children what they need. The administrative team is the best I have seen. Definitely a great experience for my children and myself.
