This place is amazing and I love how friendly they are. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and I enjoy my visit the whole time

DURING MY VISIT AT BRIGHT NOW DENTAL I WAS VERY DISTURBED. THE FRONT STAFF WAS VERY NICE BUT THE LADY WALKING AROUND (I THINK THEY CALL HER DEB) WAS VERY RUDE NOT ONLY TO PATIENTS BUT EVEN STAFF. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS. IM NOT SURE IF ILL BE RETURNING.

First visit for a cleaning. Bonnie was my hygienist and she was very thorough. Will be going back in six months for another cleaning and check up with the doc.

Very friendly and top notch Dental Place to go, I will always be going here for my dental needs.

I was in 2 Bright Now visits in 1 day. Had to have an abscessed tooth pulled. I was in and out in 1 hour (seriously). Once for exam and one for the abstraction. To make a long story short, EVERYONE at both offices were kind, smiling and sanitary. I wish everyone were this way all the time. Thank you Bright Now

Loved them! WAY better than the Boot Ranch location that won't return phone calls or answer their phones.

The dentist and his staff were polite and helpful. Their quoted prices were quite low compared to a dentist at another office. The place was quite clean. They explained everything to us in an easy way to understand language.

I love Bright Now Dental! They offer competent, affordable dentistry in a pleasant setting. Their staff is top notch and Bonnie, the hygienist, is the best I’ve ever encountered.

Other dentist offices I’ve used in the past put a lot of pressure on me to buy optional expensive services but I’ve never felt that pressure from these folks. And I’ve always received top notch professional service. I highly recommend Bright Now.

I specifically made my appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived and asked for costs before I was seen they told me I wasn't getting a cleaning today, which was a very disappointing surprise since that is what I specifically asked for on the phone when scheduling and planned my morning accordingly. So I did not stay. She told me they could "schedule me out" for my cleaning, that all the hygienists were booked today.
Bright Now Dental, please train your people not to schedule patients for something other than what they ask for, especially without telling them. You wasted my valuable time. I've never had to schedule my cleanings separately from my exams, ever. And now unfortunately I definitely won't trust you.

The dentist and the staff were great but not happy that there are no spit sinks or water cups to rinse your mouth out would it really cost too much to put them in

Lacy was out right rude when I dared to ask a couple questions about billing charges.
I have never been treated so rudely. Ever, Ever, by any person or business.
It's intimidating enough going to the dentist without having to deal with an insulting office worker afterwards.
Its too bad that a dentist would allow one of their employees to chase away their clients.

The whole staff were very nice and friendly and professional from start to Finnish i will use Bright Now in the future for all my dental needs

Bonnie is the best as always and I am so glad they have a new office manager who is understanding customer service. Thank you for the great job.

I am in need of dental care, I have no dental insurance. I'm unsure of where to start. Do you accept patients without insurance? What should I do?

Angel is my hygienest. She is friendly, professional, caring and she is a very good hygienest. Everyone is very nice.

Go to my appointment and woman at front yells over the desk that I have no appointment.am I sure I didn't make it somewhere else
. I live a mile away I wouldn't make it 20 miles away! Tells me I had to reschedule so I tore up the paperwork and left.will not be returning.this is the 2nd time I've had a problem here. Not to mention they call me every time my daughter has an appointment instead of her. RUDE, INEFFICIENT

Excellent dentists, Bonnie and Dr Leal for taking the time to explain about my teeth and teeth care. Trevor was also great, The Floss Expert! LOL I also want to emphasize that I truly appreciate Bright Now for proving American Sign Language interpreter for my dental appointment. They were willing to accommodate my needs as a Deaf person. The professionalism of the ENTIRE staff, is exceeded only by it's friendliness.
They go through great lengths to comfort you, explain procedures and billing in detail, and accommodate all concerns.

What makes this office so great is. Bonnie! She’s the hygienist, and she’s fantastic. I have been going to BrightNow for 8 years. She has been my hygienist for the entire time. She takes extreme care of her patients and has coached me on how to care for my teeth. I owe her a debt of gratitude for helping me maintain my natural teeth despite my poor gums (genetics). Thank you, Bonnie!

Staff is extremely helpful and efficient. Bonnie is amazing! It is so refreshing to see someone take such pride in her job. It is rare to see someone so personable and comforting, and yet so informative and efficient at the same.time.
Trevor is very professional and friendly as well. The front desk is helpful and attentive. Hats off to the hiring department!
