The care is adequate but you never know if you will get the same dentist or not I have been there about 2 years and the dentist changed 3 times. Problem is the doctor who knows your problem is no longer there and the new doctor knows nothing about you and cannot help.

The staff are all extremely nice. Dr. Martinez is patient, kind and careful to explain all the details.

Dr. Martinez and assistant, Jennifer are amazing! I was a new patient with an emergency appointment. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, informative and caring. They listened to my concerns and questions and they addressed them confidently and professionally. I can easily say Dr. Martinez and his entire staff are the best dentist office I have ever been to!

Karina was great! Made a not so fun dental procedure a fun time (or as fun as a crown can be). She took her time and double-checked everything to make sure it was done perfectly the first time. Never felt like they were just trying to push me through and get it done as fast as possible to move on to the next person. Definitely recommend!

Service was good BUT my appointment ran One Hour Late! Not happy about that. I had a 3pm Appt but saw the dentist at 4.05pm. I hope this area of keeping appts improve. Also, it appears this office my be short staffed.

I had a very interesting visit on July 4th week? The staffs that was on that shift on that day did an awesome job and the services was excellent.

The people were very friendly etc. But I believe the cheap x-rays are way to get you in to try to upsell you on so many things they recommended 16,000 worth of work on my mouth. I went in for one filling. And teeth cleaning is like $2,000. Tried to sell me a mouth guard for $740 that I got on Amazon for 15 bucks a pack of five

It was my first visit. Had to wait but they have signs around that they are short staffed. The dentist has a heavy accent and had difficulty understanding her. She mentioned an infection in the tooth and i was surprised she didn't suggest an antibiotic. All in all it was okay.

Refused to see my kids and VERY rude. Was on the phone calling my insurance company and felt it was OK to have it on speaker where anyone could hear my information, extremely unprofessional.

What an awesome environment- the people, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist were all friendly and professional. And the place was very clean. They were thoughrough with explanations of procedures. This was my first visit; I hope the rest of the experience continues to go this well!

The office staff was very friendly and helpful with the information I asked about.
The tech person that took X-rays was very knowledgeable in her work the dental hygienist was also professional and kind.
The dentist professional, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing.

My insurance is not in your network but because of how professionally I was treated from the front desk to the dental assistant and hygienist and dentist I want to use Bright Now. The dental assistant is supposed to email me the plan the dentist has for my mouth. My sons and I plan to work out something so I can keep going to this felicity to have my mouth fix. I want to be able to chew my food better and smile without being self conscious of my mouth. I am praying they haven’t forgotten about my plan.

Excellent service. Dr. Ray is very compromised with his job. He is kind, respectful, and careful doing the treatments. I felt very comfortable and confident with all the employees and services they offer.

Cancelled my rescheduled appointment. Tried twice with them and both times called to cancel on me. Terrible.

This place is an absolute rip-off. I went there last year for a simple cleaning. I had dental insurance. After their review of my dental situation, the showed me a veritable Chinese menu of stuff they wanted to do to to clean my teeth. Without insurance, they claimed the price would be almost $3000, with insurance it would be "only' $800 FOR A CLEANING. I called another dentist to ask what they would charge for x-rays, an assessment of my dental needs, and a cleaning. $275.

Worse, I had to make two visits to get the job done.

It was not that I have bad dental hygiene that drove up the price. I have not had a cavity in 50 years. I was once married to a dental hygienist who drilled into me that "you don't need to floss all your teeth every day, just those you want to keep, " so I floss every day.

I long for an old school dentist and hygienist who charges a fair price to do what's needed and no more.

Totally upset, my husband is undergoing a treatment with them, they charged him more than 1,000 others when the medical plan covered him, they still owe him money since January and I call for status they leave me waiting, they do not call me back and now it turns out that they do not Nothing appears about the management that "they have done" for my return. It is very easy to collect but it is difficult for them to return what they charged others

Another great visit this morning. Karina is totally awesome and is very patient. Takes her time to discuss with you. Very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable and explained every step before the dentist came in.
