Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics reviews
19First time visit, Nice atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly, thorough & explained in detail what was necessary during my Dental Exam.
My appointment was taken on time, my teeth cleaning went well. I have only good things to say about the staff and office.
I went in with my crown in my hand and ask them would they please glue it back on there was no sanding drilling glue and put it back on he made me take an x-ray which I did not need, he glued it back on and charged me $204 needless to say I will never go back there again.
My experience at Bright Now Dental was great. Doctor and staffs were very courteous, the office is always clean and they care about their patients. I would recommend this office to anyone.
I had a good experience. Both the front and back staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend them.
Doctors and staff are professional and caring - clean facility-timely appointments-would recommend!
Have only been there twice, but both times my txs were done with professionalism and care. The staff were very attentive and compassionate.
I called this office today about my Invisalign, and the receptionist didn't know what to do so she put me hold for over 10 minutes and never came back to the phone. I hung up, called back 3 TO 4 TIMES and I went straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional. If you decide to get Invisalign, do not go here. Go to an Ortho office.
This was my 1st visit to Bright Now. Customer service at the desk was top notch! Very polite and very welcoming. The Doctors and staff were very professional and explained everything. I felt very comfortable during my visit. Thanks for great service. 5 *****
They were absolutely awesome excellent people nice friendly financing was really simple and I can't wait to get my new teeth
Bright Dental & Ortho on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater Fl - super friendly, very professional - would definitely recommend
The doctors here are wonderful! Had great news that my tooth could be saved after seeing Dr. Malki and Dr. Lampert! Dr. Lampert just may be my new general dentist! Two thumbs up for this office!
This office goes way beyond professional service. The prices are decent and they will work with to make sure you get what you need. They are experts on CDC mandates for safety. I will continue to see their orthodontist.
I had a very good experience at my deep cleaning appointment yesterday. Everyone was on time and very professional.
Thank you.
This office was so great! The staff was really friendly and Endodontist Dr G was awesome! Pain free root canal and whole experience was good!
Save your money and don't go there. Actually save your teeth/veneers and don't go there. If the hygienist/dentists do not deal with veneers then please tell me why you accept patients who have them. I went for a "deep cleaning" in July on the right side only and a few days later discovered a part of my veneers chipped after paying almost $400 out of pocket. I went in to discuss this issue with them and they were very dismissive and told me to contact their Complaints manager. I contact this so called Complaints manager the very next business day and a week later I am still waiting for a response from her. I will be reporting this office to the BBB as you just stole my money and broke my tooth.
I called after hours because my veneer came off and they saw me first thing in the morning and super fast and friendly I been going to bright now for few years so glad I did
I am a white knuckler at the dentist and the staff was very understanding and patient. They ensured that my teeth went numb, which is very difficult.
Went in for two appointments… upper wisdom teeth were fully erupted. First appointment, they did an X-ray, looked at my teeth, and recommended getting them extracted. They were completely confident in that assessment. They said it was a simple procedure, but that I needed to comeback a second visit and see their specialist so he could confirm their initial assessment; and to be prepared to have the work done that day if I chose to. They charged my insurance the maximum amount for that initial consultation… obviously. Second visit comes around, waited over 40 minutes to be seen… got into the operating room and waited another 15 minutes. The specialist comes in, talked to me for 2 minutes and confirmed we needed to get the teeth pulled. He leaves, I sign the paperwork to get the work done, and another 15 minutes passes by. By the end, one of the assistants comes in and tells me I needed to reschedule because they were short staffed. They charged my insurance again, this time $53 for another exam. What kind of back alley operation are we running here, guys? I can live with the wait time, but at least make me feel like I’m getting my money’s worth.
