I love being serviced by bright star! I have Humana and they provide me with an amazing aide.

We have been receiving wonderful care from our aide with brightstar. The aide Rosa is very kind and very efficient. Nurse Rebecca came by to do his reassessment and she was very nice and knowledgeable.

BrightStar didn’t disappoint! Great services! They don’t have minimum hours for services which is difficult to find in a home health agencies. 10/10 recommend!

Brightstar care is amazing. My husband is under their care and we have no complaints. They send out a nurse to do his assessment every few months. Rebecca came today do his assessment and she was very knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. We love our aide Carmenta as well. Brightstar is great overall!

I first spoke with Richard Lovelace, the Director of BrightStar in the Pembroke Pines area. He was extremely pleasant and had a full understanding of the situation regarding my mother-in-law. Within a few days he sent Shadelle over to see her. Shadelle was probably the BEST caretaker we ever met. She was kind, understanding, professional and helped my mother-in-law in so many ways.

I highly recommend BrightStar and, in particular, Shadelle!
