As we know you have the post taken down that tells the truth. Like I said before we had a few good nurses. But the last care our daughter Received was pure neglect. Come home daily to her being completely covered is urine through her pads all the way to her pillow. Nurse allowed husband in our house to supposedly piss in our bathroom you name it. You can keep taking post down and trying to block me. But I will keep blasting this company. Never ever got an apology. So now I know how you operate the videos and pictures of the care our daughter received will have it’s own page made public and will be shared to every site we our on for our daughter. You won’t be able to delete or block this one. Further legal action is in the process. I won’t sit quietly so this can happen to more children.

This was our first experience with Brightstar Care. Both Shannon and Paige were very helpful in assuring everything was set up properly for our first home visit. Delivery of medicines and supplies were made timely. Then Meghan showed up for the infusion and we were ready. She was very professional but friendly and reassuring at the same time. Everything went off without a hitch. Kudos to Shannon, Paige, Meghan and the whole team for a great experience.

I have been receiving home health skilled nursing from Brightstar since 2019, and this company is honestly a dream come true! Not only my nurse, but everyone that is a part of this company is so helpful and kind!

I have been with BrightStar Care for over 7 years in a part time and PRN capacity. The management and staff have always been fair, accepting and respectful of my position and understanding on days I need off. They have great training sessions and keep the staff aware of any changes in policy and procedure. I plan to continue working with them for as long as I can.

I started working at a Brightstar as an infusion nurse in Chattanooga, Tennessee about 10 years ago. My family had to move to Pensacola, Fl about 5 years ago and I sought out the Brightstar here in Pensacola when I was ready to work again. It’s a wonderful job especially if you have school age children because you can make your schedule to work around family responsibilities. I appreciate the opportunity to work for another Brightstar and still be able to fulfill my mom duties! Great place to work!

I have worked for Brightstar Care for the first time in 2018. I had to take time off.but I DEFINITELY had to go back to them in 2021. The reasons I HAD to return to them was so simple to me. They have the absolute Bestest of the Best office staff, owner, and employees. ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR LOVE AND PASSION FOR THERE LIFE CHOICES. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A JOB. THIS IS A CALLING. I HAVE SAID THIS MANY TIMES OVER IN THE LAST 18 MONTHS. BRIGHTSTAR CARE ROCKS!
