I took my car to your beach blvd location, for repairs, It did sit for like a 2 months before getting it out spent 1,500 on first service for alternator service not fixed the charge light is still on so I feel like no repairs were done, see two leaks now that the car never had. On Friday 8/4 paid 2,2300 to get my car out, the same day upon getting the car out on 8/4 they jumped started my car off to get it cranked, this was the problem when the car went in, also the car had 175,000 miles maybe a little more over before going in the shop now when the car came home it has 178,000 miles on it. What made my upset was the manger or owner said that he will hold the car for 7 more days and the car needs to be picked up which we we’re going to do on Friday but I have no car after all of this so my experience was bad at the beach blvd location. So my question is are all of your Bright Way locations owned by the same person? This review is not for the Orange Park location searching for information for better car Service.

Don’t waste your time going up there all the cars look nun how they look in the pic Ik there used but at least show that car fading or the brake are rusted up there over priced for beat up cars there’s better options
