Brightway Insurance, The Kristine Gomez Agency, Palm Springs FL

My condo insurance almost doubled this year and I had to work directly with Allstate since Kristine Gomez at Brightway wouldn't assist. I was able to get an almost $700 reduction in my policy but had to call Allstate directly. Very disappointed with Brightway and Kristine and would give less than one star if I could. Another example of extremely poor customer service and a company getting paid commissions with no service to the customer. I will be looking for a new agent - Allstate was happy to provide other agents in the area.

I would give them ZERO STARS if it was possible. Absolutely horrible communication, horrible customer service! It’s taken 2 months for them to find me a policy that they originally promised would be much better than my renewal, made me get (and pay for) wind and 4 point inspections and after all that (they mislead me) there is NO PRICE DIFFERENCE! I’m absolutely furious! Terrible company! They don’t answer the phone, don’t return voice mails and don’t respond to emails until you get angry at them. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Had an unfortunate experience a bright Roy insurance. Mauricio Nierra horrible person to do work work. Brightway insurance made a huge error with my estimate. Called his office seven times and never heard a response. For the small amount of money they were responsible for, they never made the adjustment. They refuse to make good on their error in their estimate. I can tell you that he's just a liar and a thief and just another one of those stories when it comes to insurance agents that rip people off. I would recommend that no one goes anywhere near brightway insurance. If I can leave a review under one star, I would.

I have had multiple contacts with five of the Brightway staff this year, all were negative experiences. All did not return my calls taking multiple calls, it took from 7 business days to get an answer. They all had a don’t care attitude and could not answer questions about my policy or it’s renewal. The level of inept capability was astonishing.

To Brightway Insurance, The Kristine Gomez Agency, It has been a sincere pleasure working with You and Chad addressing my Insurance needs. I've have been treated with professionalism and courtesy. My new policy is in order, I am very happy having a Homeowners Policy with Heritage Insurance company, and Brightway, Insurance company as my agent. Wonderful people to do business with.
