Biggest crooks! They tow parked cars for easy money. Place signs if you actually have a contract with the business establishment. They would be the type of people to tow your own car at your home in broad daylight for the heck of it. I hope this business burns down.

SCAMMERS! Wish I didn’t have to put 1 star.place is ghetto and sleezy stole my car within 10 minutes of parking in world of food trucks in orlando area. DO NOT GO THERE.they have someone working for them that sits in the parking lot to watch for tourists to target because It was just to fast for it to be any other way. Money hungry purse snatching workers.

Do not park on Holiday Trail by World Food Trucks. If you go for a few minutes, your vehicle will be towed. I was reading the reviews here and they had people paying with cash, THEY DO TAKE DEBIT CARD! Don’t let them make you pay with cash if you do have a card to pay for it. They do claim that they take pictures before they tow your card with time stamp!

They towed our car from our hotel parking lot in the middle of the night. Said our tags were expired. We are from Ontario and do not display our tags. The hotel was in on it as well! DO NOT STAY AT SURE SRAY! LAKE Buena Vista.

Not only did they tow my friends car which was CORRECTLY parked. They damaged it also! Gave us a very hard time and tried to deny it until they were proven wrong. Absolute scam of a company and nothing but a cash grab making money off of these poor people. And this is coming from a tow truck driver that also manages a towing business. Sad way to get business.

Edit and Reply: I am aware that it happened in September. But I realized that I never wrote a review. You guys did take care of the bumper which I will give you that. But a reimbursement for the tow as well would’ve definitely been a better way to go about it. It ruined her day completely and she was already going through a rough time.

They only take cash for the drop fee. If they refuse card for the drop fee document it and file with the city. It is against ordinance as they are required to take credit or debit. Each time they refuse and tow is punishable by a fee and jail time per towing ordinance 2014-24 and a full refund of your tow.

There wasn't a visible sign and the towed it very quick I guess the rent a cop "security" that works at the food trucks have business with them but anyway called grab the cash when I got there they gave me instructions I wasn't fighting or anything but when I followed instructions they started yelling at me and using very awful language and left the car at the end for following just what they instructed me to do. I don't know why they have to involve my mom in to this but that's when I got pissed. So that being said cagate en la tuya pendejo. Don't even go to the food trucks just in case because this people are dirty.

Getting your car towed sucks, but these guys were actually pretty friendly. Made the process super smooth and my car was picked up in good condition.

They took my aunts car and we had many children with our group. The man towing (Juevi) asked my aunt for her number so he can tell the people at the car spot to get us in quickly. He then proceeded to call my aunt over and ask her “so when can I call you” my Tia is very disappointed and we are trying to go blast right now. So disrespectful hitting on my aunt and also taking our car. Not giving a recept and being rude

LET'S SHUT THEM DOWN. Everyone that deals with these thieves. Let's report them to the Better Business Bureau and OSHA. First, they only accept cash second they got no proof of myself being parked illegally. I have video proof that they are just towing vehicle's just cause they don't know the car, and it's in the area, so they tow it. Second, I got proof of their employees not following OSHA requirements on safety attire, their employees are operating heavy mechanery in unsafe environment.

POS towing company! Eating at the Denny’s parking lot and they tow me anyways. I have proof but it’s refused plus they only take cash! Watch out for these crooks!
