Good experience gone BAD. We purchased and item for almost $10,000. Upon returning they said they wouldn't accept the return. They have now had the item over a month and a half and we still have not received a refund, and they still have the item so we are out almost $10,000! Please BEWARE and DO NOT buy online from them.

When I walked into the store to purchase a new piece, I was greeted by great customer service and appreciation. This was all done by Yaniv, who clearly knows his stuff when it comes t watches. Great service, great atmosphere, great watch dealer. Kudos to him!

I should have known the price was to good for a reason. Upon returning item they say they will not refund. Item was returned almost 3 weeks ago and still no refund and they kept the item. Buyers beware.

Brilliance Jewels was a game changer. I've always been skeptical about buying fine jewels online. Purchasing my watch online was a great experience thanks to their customer service who helped me get rid of any doubts I had.

I worked with Brilliance remotely to purchase a used Chopard. I had worked with multiple dealers previously but Brilliance stood out far and away above the rest. Their responsiveness, detailed descriptions, and transparency / accommodation during negotiations were all top notch. Once the purchase was finalized, the watch was in my hands in <18 hours (1500 miles away). I knew up front mine did not come with an original box, but the brilliance packaging/ steps to protect the watch during transit were above expectation. It even came with a receipt from a waterproofing test which was unexpected but a nice touch.

In a world where it can be difficult to earn trust over the internet/phone, Brilliance definitely passes the test with flying colors. Highly Recommended.

It’s the worst service I’ve never had. I bought a new Patek Philippe 5167A here, but they cut the length of the watch strap incorrectly, it’s too tight for my wrist. They’re so unprofessional, and they exchanged a old band for me. I told my sales whose name is Charlie, and he promised he would give a new band to me as soon as possible. I’ve waited for almost half a year, there was nothing I received. This is the second time I posted my feedback here because he lied to me that he asked me to delete my first feedback and he promised again he would ship a new one to me. Almost a month has passed, he still didn’t ship it, and no any response for my message. I really disappointed with buying a watch in this store, it actually has no luxury service for their customers even though they sell luxury items. Also, I will post our text content to show what he did. I don’t want to get the new band right now, because they are really not a good seller. I hope you’re not a next victim.

Clean professional store. This is not one of those places you see online that says “they can get it” they actually have it in store. I’ve purchased 2 items an they both were like brand new. If I went to the Rolex store an bought a watch brand new for double the price an compared it to the ones I got here you would think it was absolutely brand new. Cards papers box even appraisal! Can’t beat this place!

I brought my wife here, who is so picky, she will never ever buy anything used due to past experiences. I asked her come on lets give this place a shot, there at the four seasons in Miami they have to be good, if not okay we will leave and go to the retail store. Again my wife has refused anything used for a decade. I take her in she was greeted with respect, they didnt know if we would buy or not. No pressure at all, i really liked that as did she, we took our time and when we had questions there staff answered. They didn't do the look at this or that thing they let us move at our pace. After a decade we finally found our spot, thank god! She is just as happy with her purchase from here as should would have been at the retail store breaking my wallet. Everything we looked at looked brand new. I mean brand new, every single thing had the papers and so on you can go wrong here guys for yourself or your wife, girl whatever this is were you need to take them!

I cannot say enough about the customer service here. I worked with Natasha and Charlie. They opened the store for me on a Sunday when there closed. Took there time, very professional and got a Cartier love bracelet that looked brand new with everything. They provided the authenticity card, the box, the box the box goes in, and sent me a appraisal. Ill never got retail again and there in the four seasons, i mean getting discounted authentic Jewelry at a super good price knowing its in the four season and high end spot you cant go wrong. Ill be back
