Brine on the Bay BBQ reviews
19This place is wack don’t come here how you have wings but no lemon pepper it was raw coleslaw taste like pure lettuce don’t ever come here
This place has the worst brisket I’ve ever had. It was dry, and cold, when I got it.
The mac and cheese was dry as well. It tasted like buttered noodles. I ordered my food around 7pm and they didn’t close until 11pm so I figured they’d keep their food fresh…I won’t be back.
Also, when I asked for Togo cups for my sauce they gave me 2 plastic drink cups, with no lids. If they offer Togo food they should be more equipped with the proper containers.
I have been here a couple times. Good food and good service. CJ up front always takes care of us. Can't go wrong with the Texas twinkies and deviled eggs
Nice little local spot. Not busy. Ribs were well cooked, fall off the bone. Local artwork. The place is less than a year old, but well worth the stop. The home made bar-b-que was spot on. They should bottle that and sell that.
I was just driving by and saw some nice people out said playing Domino's. Stop to talk, and they said the food was good. I ordered the pull pork sandwhich and greens for the side. It was the best I've had in Panama City!
Pulled pork and rib dinners. Very good. Sides collards and Mac and cheese. Sadly they were out of brisket and cornbread but we'll be back to try them. Very cute place.
My husband and I ate here a couple of days ago and have never had meat like this. I had brisket and my husband had ribs, tasted like boiled meat no smoke or seasoned flavor. No other customers were there and I assume the owner was in there with us, not a word was said. The sides we had, greens and macaroni and cheese were good. We wanted this to be a good restaurant as my husband and family are from PC. Not going back.
Wow! Totally stumbled upon a little gem. Tasty bbq, fixings, waterfront/marina view and a really nice owner.
Came in at lunch time pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese
Portions were large which was good pork was over seasoned and overcooked almost like mush no real smoke flavor Mac and cheese would have been awesome but overseasoned with pepper pork chicken and ribs only at lunch no brisket available
I had pulled pork platter and with had pulled chicken. We both chose spicy steamed cabbage and baked beans for sides. DELICIOUS! Ended with banana pudding (Beth) and peach cobbler (Buzz). Best food in St Andrews and Bay and surrounding counties. Nice view of St Andrews harbor too.
Where do I begin? ! The employees were all friendly & attentive. We were allowed to try various dishes that we didn't know what they could be (due to the language)
The food came very quickly and was incredibly tasty. The meat practically slid off the rib bones, the mac & cheese was homemade, as was the potato salad. And there was a kind of kale.amazing. You didn't even know what the last bite was supposed to be
Great proper barbecue! And my wife says the Banana Pudding is “the greatest thing she has ever had in her life! ”
We walk in and there is a handwritten menu at the register with no prices. We ask what the prices are and we are told, i can give you price ranges or you can go back outside to the curb to look at prices on the sandwich board. We come back in and we ask, what kind of ribs? He said smoked. We asked, baby back, etc? He said again, just smoked ribs. My husband could not get brisket as they ran out. We decide to try it out against our better judgement. The Mac and Cheese was so dry. The meats however were good. It was about $30 for a few bites of chicken and 4 ribs. I cannot count the MAC because it was not edible. The host/person at the register needs to work on his customer service skills. We will not go back (we live here) and cannot recommend.
Party of 8 went for birthday celebration. Nice location but VERY SMALL dining area. No mixed drinks or beer weekdays - only on the weekend. Didn't have any bbq that was listed on their website. Left for different restaurant.
May well be the "best on the bay"! We had the pulled pork, mac n cheese, n cole slaw, all were delicious! Generous portions and fair prices. Will definitely be back!
My wife arrived at 7pm on Sunday and we ordered food from their limited menu. They had sold out of a lot of items on their menu. We paid and went outside to wait the 20 min we were told. I went back inside after the 20 min and was told that my order would be done soon. I waited inside for 20 minutes while the server that took my order had to ask what I had ordered 2 more times. After waiting 45 minutes I was told that they didn’t have what we had ordered any more. I asked for a refund and was given it. I will not be back. I had high hopes but they clearly don’t have their house in order.
So happy to see a restaurant open in this spot. Had a take away from here last night and I was very happy with my meal. The baked beans are delicious the potato salad was really good. I look forward to eating here again.
Best pulled pork I’ve had in a long time, lean and moist. Sides were Mac and cheese and coleslaw. Very good. We’ll go back for sure.
I wanted to let people know not only is the food good but this is an honest family business. I left my wallet at the restaurant and they made sure I got it back. The world needs more folks like this.
