5 The Title Company of the property we recently purchased ordered a survey from a company is West Palm Beach which sent us a nice drawing, but on getting out here and trying to find any markers there were none to be found. I could not tell where any of our boundary lines are. Hired Brinkman and this man came out and spent 2 days doing the job and doing it right! Can't say enough good about him! ////////Added on Jan 7 2023: : I have to amend this review to add that what Brinkman did was NOT an actual survey but a "Suveyors Construction Stakeout Report".
Totally NOT what I thought he was doing and in all our conversation he never dis-avowed me of this. Plus he never sent me a copy of what he did. Only after speaking to the office of All Florida Enterprises, who hired him to do this, did I get an email with an attachment. This was when I discovered that it wasn't a survey at all.
What he did is no doubt helpful to the fencing company but it cost me quite a bit more than the survey we got from West Palm Beach and still didn't mark my boundaries, just the fence line.
So no I would not recommend Brinkman and, in fact, I still need to find a surveyor to actually get a survey of our property. This is infuriating considering the thousands of dollars we have already spent to get one!
Jim was great to work with and completed our survey on the date we requested. He went above and beyond to find the correct markers. He did a lot of extra work making sure everything was correct and on time. We appreciate his communication throughout the whole process. We highly recommend him and will definitely use his service in the future.
We are very happy with the services we received. We needed a survey on some acreage that apparently wasn't done correctly many years ago and Jim went above and beyond to make the necessary corrections in a professional and timely manner and we have and would definitely recommend his company to anyone
Jim Brinkman promised in writing that our survey would be completed on or by June 15th but it was never completed. When called on June 19th to find out what happened, we were told he never even put it on his work schedule.
