Paul and Alex were the amazing staffers. They have the consistency and effort in their field to ensure the customers feel satisfied throughout the process. Not only that, they make you feel welcomed.

The home buying process with Brite Homes was very professional, seamless and stress free. The quality of the home is so impressive and the finishes are beautiful.

We purchased our home in May 2020 from Brite Homes. I cannot say we were ever satisfied with our brand new home considering all the poor workmanship issues we found inside our home. There were so many issues that they said they'd repair after we moved in because they were not completed during final inspection before closing.

Brite Homes placed us on the back burner because we had already closed and moved in. After many phone calls and text to their field representative, he finally dispatched a painter to fix the poor paint job inside. It then took another month to get my front door fixed. Then we waited several months for the interior repairs but they never showed up.

Then in July/August 2022, we noticed our paver driveway was separating and starting to sink. We tried calling the builder for two months but no one ever returned our calls. I was able to find a contact for the builder on the SunBiz website and sent correspondence there. When Brite Homes finally called me back, they told me the damage to my driveway was from a recent Hurricane.immediately responded letting them know that the photos of the damages to my driveway were taken BEFORE the hurricane. I consulted with construction defect claims adjuster, the county, and local inspectors who all told me the problem is a construction defect/design.

Brite Homes built several homes in my neighborhood and I noticed that all the homes with drain ditches as elevated as my home, had a concrete apron connecting the top of the driveway to the bottom of the ditch. My house did not have concrete aprons so with every storm, water was eroding the concrete under the pavers. I had huge chunks of concrete breaking off my driveway and could visibly see the separation of the pavers and my driveway sinking on the ends.

Brite Homes finally provided their insurance information near the end of 2022. However, the adjuster told me that Brite Homes did not have coverage for this type of loss. It is a shame that a large company performs poor quality work, was negligent in creating a latent construction defect, and elects to not be properly insured. Brite Homes offered to repair the damages on their own, without insurance, so we waited for them to keep their word. In fact, we waited for almost 8 months and they still haven't performed the work.

In order to mitigate our damages and avoid further destruction to our property, we proceeded to get the repairs completed. We asked Brite Homes for reimbursement but they refused.

I would never recommend Brite Homes to anyone.

We love our new Brite Home! We have purchased a new build before, this was a much better experience than last time and the home is simply beautiful!

Watch out for all of there FAKE reviews on here!

Worst home builder in florida! The floors are cheap when they tell you luxury floors! Hahaha. They never fix anything and try to blame it on you if there's something wrong with anything to do with the home. We have had so many problems with stuff in the home. It's absolutely ridiculous. We purchased the home 3 years ago and have put so much money into fixing things that you should never have to with a brand new home. We have all so like plenty of others had problems with mold. We are owners of a big water, fire, and mold company so we definitely know what mold and mold problems are.

My husband and I took on the adventure of purchasing our first home and the last thing we wanted was a nightmare. Luckily, Brite Homes was able to make this process smooth and easy allowing us to focus on the things we wanted in our first home.

The folks at Brite Homes asked me to write a review about my experience purchasing and living in a Brite Home. I am happy to do that. I was one of the earliest Brite Home purchasers in May 2020.

Needless to say, purchasing a home at the beginning and during COVID-19 was positive. Brite Homes did an excellent job given the extreme challenges they faced building homes with a newly disruptive supply chain and labor shortage that continues today.

Living in our Brite Home has been the happiest. We came from Orlando, where our electric bill ran between $300-$400 monthly. It was sickening. We couldn't wait to live a Net-Zero life. When we moved in, I prioritized setting the thermostat to 73º and forgetting it. It has remained at 73º for three years, and I love it. Set it and forget it!

Our bonus was riding through two storms, demonstrating Brite Home's quality construction. First was the tropical storm in July 2021, and the second, a "Biggie" Hurricane Ian, a Category 5 hurricane I now refer to as "Bull Nitro. "

Growing up in Central Florida most of my life, I've never experienced a Category 5 hurricane. We lost a few shingles and our vinyl fence (anyone who had a fence also lost their fence). Still, our biggest takeaway was knowing that whatever Tropical Disturbance comes our way in the future, our anxiety level will be extremely low. There is NO amount of money you can place on this amount of comfort we have moving forward. It's priceless.

My wife and I often discuss how happy we are with our home. You will be too.

If you don't have enough problems in your life then purchase a home from Brite Homes. I've listed below (for easier reading) some of the issues you can expect:

- Closing was delayed by 04 months, which cost me an extra $350 in monthly mortgage payments.
- The staff becomes unresponsive whenever issues arise before closing.
- Don't expect Brite Homes to resolve the items identified during the final walkthrough, or during your first month. I moved 10 months ago and am still working on the list I sent.
- The superintendent, his manager, and warranty person are great at giving excuses as to why the cannot get issues resolved. As a bonus, they will stop responding after a few months, even if you're not rude.
- The corporate line will route you to the warranty department (read above) or an area's real estate agent, so good luck escalating.
- The LVP floors Brite Homes installs are easily dirty and very difficult to clean (not the end of the world but you've been warned)
- The floorboards are not sealed

As for the list of issues, here are a few:

- Leaking roof (resolved after 09 months)
- Eroded culvert (ditch in front of property)
- Drill holes in the ceiling (multiple)
- Cracked floorboards, including water damage from the leaking roof
- Non-working refrigerator
- Non-working irrigation system
- Damaged cabinets
- Damaged sink
- No coaxial or phone connections
- Front door lock no working
- Damaged trim and columns (chunk missing)
- Holes in the doors
- Concrete chunks missing
- Driveway (coach) lights were connected to other lights
- Chipped paint around the house
- Dents around the house
- Broken mirrors
- Screws missing from outlet covers

What a wonderful experience with Brite Homes. The home is perfect but as they say it’s not the destination, it’s the journey and the transaction coordinator, Janet, made this journey memorable! Her professionalism and knowledge is unmatched! Thank you Brite Homes.
