They are an awesome honest comepany. I could say one thing about this company They have heart. Their prices are phenomenal. From start to finish Dwayne came out to give me an estimate didn't try to sell me more than I could afford Made me feel at ease wasn't pushy it was very helpful to problem solve. The young Men that came out to do the work Cameron Logan and Donny we're all amazing. They weren't bothered by the millions of questions they came in made me feel at ease. They were on time polite professional I couldn't ask for a better company and I just thank them all from the bottom of my heart it's too bad there's only a 5 star review cause they deserve a 100 stars.

As a previous customer of Britts we called when needing to replace our 20 year old heating and air unit & wanted an opinion on ducts. Dwayne came out and provided an extensive estimate for replacing our heating and air unit and different options to replace our duct system. We were happy to create a plan with Dwayne that worked in our budget & time frame for an efficient system! Paul and Donny came out to our residence to tear out the old and give everything a nice upgrade! This team showed up on time and ready to work! They went over and above what they could to replace our unit and ducts. Everyone is polite and attentive. Also a thank you to Cameron our technician who took the time to go over our thermostat and maintenance information.

Chris was really good, he no longer works there. Now we can’t get this company to return a phone call and last time they did come out for an ongoing problem they charged a service call. We need a new unit in another property but can’t get them to in touch with us.

After calling two other companies that would not help us out, we ran across Britt's thankfully they were able to send someone out even on a holiday and late in the evening. Our air conditioner decided to stop working and our tech was able to get it going right away! Cameron saved the day & was super helpful explaining what we could do to fix the big problem and answered everything we needed to know. We will definitely be using them again!

Cameron came to my house on Memorial Day and I was not charged an emergency service call fee. I really appreciated that as I am a senior and I was very worried about my AC. He repaired my AC by replacing the capacitor and even gave me a senior discount! I will definitely recommend this HONEST business again and I want to thank Cameron for his professionalism. I’m following up because my old AC unit finally died and Rocky and Hunter just installed a new one at a reasonable price and Britt’s even gave me a senior discount. But the most remarkable thing about this company is that they actually loaned me an expensive part to temporarily repair my old unit so that I wouldn’t be without AC all week until the new unit could be installed. Name me another company that cares so much about its customers! I have restrictive lung disease and no AC for a week would have been very hard on me. This company is truly AMAZING!

Tomorrow makes 6 days since the fan motor in our A/C broke. I called Britt’s and the tech said they would order the part on Saturday and it should get here by Monday.

I call them Monday asking if the part is in and they stated that they were ordering it that day (Monday). I then get a text from an employee stating they got the wrong serial number off our unit… The part got ordered on Monday and we were told it would be in today (Wednesday) and they would send someone out to install it.

I called them at noon today and they stated they haven’t received the package yet but should later in the day and once they do they will call me to schedule a time to come install the motor. Well, 5 pm rolls around and we received no call back. Their website states they are open 24/7 so I called and left a voicemail.

For a company that has a 4.9 star rating in Google, I sure feel duped. I just wish we have been given honest service and a timeline for repair. I will change my review if things change. I also do understand the pandemic, Florida heat, etc. However, this should not impair the company to inform the customer of setbacks.

I am a 100% disabled veteran and my MIL is disabled as well. Being in an 87 degree house sucks when you have autoimmune issues, dogs, etc. My whole body has been achy and cramping all week, sleep has come in small spurts, and I haven’t had energy for anything.

Our service tech, Rick, was here at the exact time the company said he would be. Rick was knowledgeable about the problem, not only did he fix it in a timely manner he gave me so many helpful hints so this issue doesn't arise again. Rick was helpful, conscientious, polite and knows what he's doing. From now on, I will ONLY call Britt's A/C for all my future A/C needs, and you should too, you won't be disappointed! Oh, and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I'm one happy customer for life!

Dustin was great! He came out on time a repaired my a/c line and added freon at a fair price and gave my the cost up front. He was very friendly and helpful the entire time.

Britts AC did a most excellent job installing my new Trane unit, and provided a great value for my dollar. The installer, Rick, ran into a few snags, but he didn't stop until my AC was up and running, and I was completely happy with the installation. Rick was friendly, professional, and put in several extra hours on a Friday to make sure the installation was done right! Well Done Britts!

I called and they sent a repairman the same day. Dustin came out and stayed as long as it took to fix my ac unit. He was not giving up until he got the fan blade off the motor and the unit repaired. My system is 22 years old and in need of replacement. Very pleased with Britt's service, so I talked with Dustin and he gave me a quote on a new system. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
