Below average service and even worse customer service. Rude and arrogant agents that just point fingers. Issue with my debit card and autopay didn't process. Never received an email, they claim 2 robocalls were made but my phone has no record of them. Voicemail? No.
Maybe an actual agent calling? No Just disconnect my wifi after 2 days and then dice a $25 free to reconnect. Asked for a manager and he went home for the day? This place makes Comcast and Time Warner look like All-stars.

First off I dont have any Local TV Channels. Called for service and no one showed up between 9am to 1pm on the day a month ago.still no service on local channels. Way to many dish tv channels. I would think You could do alot better. Just a BAD Poor Business with People who have no interest in helping Me!

My complex has had this company for two years now. Over the last two years, there have been extremely inconsistent internet connections (3 to 4) complete internet losses in a week. These losses take place over a period of about 2 hours in the day. When contacting the company, they “test” my modem from corporate and never send out a technician. Hands down one of the worst companies in business.

RUN!
System is always down (at least 6 hours so far today) or being repaired and they have yet to ever accept responsibility. Internet Service is sub-par when available. Security cameras not working! No WIFI means no A/C for some people (going to be 90° today) loss of income and ability to get medical items and food delivered. Customer service is useless and limited to weekday work hours!

Where do I even begin…. From the internet service constantly going down, to the website that looks like it’s from when the internet was first invented. You can’t even update your credit card info online instead you’re forced to call and wait for long periods of time Every. Single. Time. When you finally get through and are able to speak to a representative it’s just as bad, if not worse than their website. If I could switch I would, but for some reason my apartment complex insists on using such a GOD AWFUL company. I do NOT EVER AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BROADSTAR. EVER.

I had to at least give 1 star or else it would be 0 stars, worst customer service - They piggy back off of comcast with old outdated equipment - overpriced, internet constantly drops, Go somewhere else. Bye

Unfortunately, this was the only service offered at my apartment complex in Gainesville, Fl. It is terrible. During the first week of service, the service was not working more often than it was working. Getting a new router helped slightly, but it is still unacceptable. The connection is very spotty and streaming can be a nightmare. I would never recommend this brand if you have a choice.

Earlier this evening I had a problem with my remote. I called customer service and got a call back from Jack. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and awesome! He walked me through everything and found a solution to my problem.
I would also like to give a shout out to Nate a customer care representative with broadstar. He was awesome with helping me get my new equipment up and running!
Thanks for all you're help and patience I really appreciate it!

I work from home and sometimes so late night work. Internet always in and out and kicks me at least once a day for no real reason.

Hate that my complex makes this service mandatory.

Internet down again in the middle of the day. Makes work from home extremely inconvenient or impossible sometimes. Customer service is great but they offer no solutions, just excuses and apologies.

WORST INTERNET IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD. CANT BE REACHED DURING REGULAR HOURS, always a CALL BACK.

ALSO THE MAX MPS OFFERED IS 500, GOODLUCK IF YOU HAVE A HOUSE WITH multiple devices. Internet 70$ and box rental just for internet 20$ a month.
Comcast is faster and less

BE AWARE OF BROWARD COMMUNITIES ONLY OFFERING THIS PATHETIC SERVICE

An initial miscommunication about the day of service prevents a five star rating. I had been told an initial day but it got rescheduled without telling me. That aside, the technician arrived on the rescheduled day and got the internet installed after a quick check of the installed wiring. Danial was friendly and answered questions knowledgeably.

They will legit rob you.

I cancelled their service (because it never worked), left my equipment where they asked, and this company is STILL charging me for internet I AM NOT USING.

Their customer service is a nightmare, they will not remove my card from the account and stop charging me despite calling about it several times, and when asked why they told me it was because they didn't have their equipment back. Because they never picked it up from my office in my building!

Save yourself the headache and get literally any other internet. A hotspot was less of a hassle than this.

I have been with this company for about 3 years! I have had no issues till about 3 months ago since then I have been experiencing poor internet service, disgusting customer service reps and multiple billing issues. I do not recommend this company and I will be looking for another internet provider that values my money. BROADSTAR treats their customers terribly.

I hate these people, sooo much, I wish I could have some other service but Im stuck because of the place I live in, They are terrible, service is terrible, I made this gmail account just so that I could write down how much I hate this company. I want to curse the name of its management every day from now until O die some day

Nate is an amazing employee of Broadstar. He is kind, listened to my concerns, and resolved them within an hour time frame. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.

Me and my girlfriend encountered Jack and we had a connection issue where our wifi was disconnecting after a few seconds. Jack went above and beyond with helping us fix it and it was late on a Sunday night. He was exceptionally professional and very kind and understanding. All service reps could learn from him. If you have an issue and you get Jack then know confidently that you’re in good hands.

I was installed recently and was able to get everything I wanted at a GREAT price! When I called in I was not sure what I wanted but the Customer Service Representative went over everything with me and was able to put me in a great package when I got everything I wanted and then some! The tech was super friendly and went over how to use my new Firesticks and even showed me some neat tricks!
