She even loaned me a hearing aid when one of mine needed repair (under warranty and free) for a 5 week vacation that I was taking the following day. They are the best!

A sign of patient ordered care lies in a dr taking you on an emergency basis. One morning my hearing aids weren't working quite right. I called Dr Terry's office and she was fixing my hearing aids in about an hour, no appointment. This is a high standard of patient care and typical of Dr Terry.

She will fight for you! They double checked my hearing aid coverage in office and made sure they knew how to bill it! I went in, got an audiogram and walked out fitted with a demo hearing aid and clear hearing! She’s excellent at what she does and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with an audiologist! She made sure I knew how to pair the hearing aid and showed me their app on my phone. She made sure I would have a hearing aid even while she was out of town! She also referred me to an excellent ontologist not an ENT! Excellent service! Brilliant care! She is an expert in her field!

I Absolutely love the personal attention and care I receive with Broadwater Hearing. I just experienced a bit of hearing aide emergency and Dr Terry got me in even though her schedule was full.
