3I have been seeing all over social media there's been more units that have been robbed and yet for the past several weeks their gate has been wide open day and night because I go through their frequently to check my wife's unit. Anybody can just go in and out of sleep please these people are trash
I have storage units all over Florida, these people are the worse to deal with. Had a problem, called, was guaranteed to get a call back with answers, never happened
Gate frequently is not working. Owner will sent threat of unit auction if you are no more than 30 days late, using early invoicing to state you have a higher due balance or are behind much longer than you have been. Almost calls go to a call center and almost impossible to get ahold of someone immediately.
