Brookdale Cape Coral reviews
4Cape Coral Country Club Pkwy - such a perfect size and place for my independent grandma. Her sight and hearing are not great, but feel it is a good size for her to navigate with plenty to do. Our family might not have survived the transition without Kelly's help and responsiveness. And communication was pretty good in that the other staff leaders were ready to help and new we were coming. While I was setting up for grandma, the residents all said hello, smiled, and seemed active. Enjoyed seeing residents be outside in front and in courtyard relaxing in shade or in sun. Thank you to Kelly and staff. Sincerely - Sharon Wright (granddaughter).
Brookdale Cape Coral provides care, comfort, beauty and privacy in a welcoming home-like setting. Kelly is a great partner within the community and is really passionate about the care of not only seniors living at her facility, but Lee County seniors as a whole. The caring nature of the staff is equal to the beauty of the facility.
Brookdale communities are filled with compassionate employees that love the elderly population, and Brookdale in Cape Coral, is no different. They have caring staff from the actual care takers, as well as the food and housekeeping staff, the sales department and all the way up to the Executive Director. If you have a loved one that needs assisted living and in need of greater socialization, give them a call!
I absolutely love the homelike atmosphere at this community. The minute you walk in, not only does the environment present this way, but the staff feel like family! The minute you're there, and Kelly tours you, that sets the tone. I learned about the training the staff receive, to help care for their residents; I have never seen such involved training. It is amazing.
