Enjoy visiting my friend and so happy that they have so many activities for her to join in on. She says everyone there is so friendly and helpful

It was pleasant but I had to wait to get in the dementia unit then had to wait to leave the unit. Otherwise is was a pleasant visit.

Everyone was expressive, entertaining, and concerned about us enjoying ourselves.

We were very skeptical when placing our Mom in a facility. It did not take us long to realize that Brookdale provided our Mom with a life that we could have never provided her at home. Don’t hesitate to choose Brookdale as the home away from home that your loved one deserves. We sleep well at night knowing our Mom is cherished by Brookdale staff almost as much as we do.

This Place Was Terrible who ever the Executive Director Is, She is Unbelievably Rude, After my Mom was Moved In I saw A Completely Different different attitude by each manager. One Name Was Wanda I had a terrible experience with her she didn’t want to help me find out about my mom meds just kept sending me off took me days to find out about her meds. After contacting different facility’s and basically threatening to take my mom out of there is when I was spoken to More about what’s going on with my mom and treated More with respect I’m now in process of removing my mother still due too the constant problems I’ve had with them. I do not refer anyone to this place. Make sure my family is being well respected and Tooking care of is my top Priority

Everyday Since My First Day I’ve been treated With nothing But disrespect by management I’ve seen on Multiple occasions management Go out Of There away To send Me Home Or put Me On Investigation.i don’t know if it’s because im a male or the color of my skin but I was not valued, I was Picked At And Tore Down As A Man by the ED her Self Jowell. She Made It Impossible to reach out To Her about anything I May need from needing extra shifts and more hours to jus literally needing my hours paper signed.they never allowed me overtime, bonuses, or a full schedule. I was knocked from part time to PRN with Only 3 day schedule… Danielle belittled me everytime we spoked patriticia told me she understood and went and said This guy Is Nuts For Thinking I care.couldn’t even look me in eyes when I were trying to explain how I feel in the work place. I’ve been nothing but the best care partner I could be to the residents and they loved me.but everyday coming to work was a constant emotional battle due to management. My last conversation my ED Made me Repeat everything she Wanted to say to me out my mouth back to her as if I’m a child that really broke my character.apparently I’m on investigation just for asking why am I being trained by a care partner who has less experience than me.that conversation and question had me sent home pending investigation for incident that occurred on the floor? Broke my heart how fast after Patricia told me to completely understand management came through the door to send me home 20 minutes before my shift ended WITH OUT PAY … Be AWARE BEFORE APPLYING OR SENDING YOUR LOVED ONES I’ve watched management hurt Families with the ways they operate there buisness.

The staff were very attentive and caring towards my loved one and to us while we visited. And I also noted their caring and inclusion of residents that did not have family members there.

From initial visit with Chrissy, a solid Christian, to our move in today, the place and staff seem top notch

Building very clean and staff was very kind and courteous. Christy explained the facilities and answered all our questions.

I am very pleased with the service my friend has received. The staff at the memory unit seem to be very caring and helpful.

My grandmother had been a resident here for a little over a year. Every step of and phase of her care the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of appropriately. The entire staff truly cares about your loved ones! As this will be my grandmothers forever home, we are truly blessed to call Brookdale our extended family. Thank you to everyone for caring about my grandmother and the other residents

Transitions are tough but Brookdale helped make this positive. Staff has always treated us with open arms and open communication.

Brookdale has been good for my LOWD, however, the price has become to expensive to remain there for more than a couple of months. The only problem that I have had is there is not enough communication between health care department and family in my experience.

I highly recommend Brookdale Paddock Hills for their sincere, respectful, caring staff and management. You are treated here with dignity and compassion. I wouldn't consider placing my family member any place else. It's an amazing environment!
