They are right in lake wales and I’ve used them before but I will shop around next time
and they didn’t even dig the top off my tank so I could see inside it

Great team. They were responsive and quick to arrive. Weekend emergency and had no issues helping and removing what was needed. Would recommend anytime for fast and knowledgeable group.

Was a pleasant experience at a not so pleasant issue. The girl that answered the phone was very pleasant and the 2 gentleman that came out was very professional and patient with all my questions. The job didn't take long. Will definitely use them again

Blake came to our house to troubleshoot a backup issue in our septic system.
He not only identified the issue quickly but was adamant about explaining to me just what had happened that led to the issue and the "not-to-dos" while having this system.

He also went above and beyond by intently pulling roots out of a section of pipe that was nearly unreachable and again left us with some more good advice on this subject.

I would highly recommend this company because at the end of the day, their main goal is customer satisfaction and getting the job done the right way.

Immediate response to pump my septic, did a full and complete job, replaced a broken lid, and had a pump replaced with new floats in under an hour or so. Great job brooker, would highly recommend. Wish every business was this service focused and thorough. #1 in the #2 business in my book.

My septic tank was backing up, I called Brooker Septic Services, they make me an appointment for the next day, the lady who answer the phone was very kind, attentive, and listen to my issue with the septic tank carefully, and she schedule an appointment right away! When they arrived to my home they pumped the tank and explain in detail what was the issue with it, and how to prevent it from happening in the future.

Thank you for kindness and for taking the time to explain everything, we will definitely do business in the future.
