Brooklyn Pizza reviews
22I Placed a phone order for a regular cheese pizza for pick up they said 20 to 25 min, after 40 min waiting, I asked how much longer and he said 5 more min and I decided to cancel my order, to he responded with attitude that he initially said 30 min. Maybe I can wait 5 more min but don’t childish lie. Is not about the 5 minutes is about attitude.
This is legit NY pizza! Slices are cut wide to fold and it tastes like what I remember from grad school! Delicious and a must if people want delicious pizza!

I just ordered a salad and a stromboli and I realized they didn't even give me a fork or a knife for my stromboli or even a fork for my salad so I called them back and I spoke to the guy that answered and he said well did you ask for it so I told him I didn't think I'd have to ask for a fort for my salad how else am I going to eat my salad and he wants to tell me well we don't offer forks or knives if you don't ask for it like it's a salad it's common sense to bring a fork all he did was give me attitude and I order from them all the time which I'm not going to anymore. Customer service is horrible.
Been eating brooklyn pizza for probably 20 years Always delicious. If there is a mistake they will fix it You will have to wait for the replacement. Of course. But great place and good people.
Brooklyn Pizza is the BEST pizza that I've had in Florida. I'm from Boston, and that is the BEST PIZZA PERIOD. EVEN BETTER THEN NEW YORK CITY. THAT GOES FOR THE ITALIAN FOOD AS WELL. BOSTON HAS SOME OF THE BEST FOOD IN THE WORLD. TRUST ME. I'VE EATEN FOOD ALL OVER THE WORLD. AND THE CHINESE FOOD. FORGET ABOUT IT! The BEST!
This place as some amazing food fresh hot worth the wait and the wait is not long staff is friendly and its clean I never noticed it before but now wow its better then Broadway pizza Brooklyn Pizza Staff you are just so amazing keep up the good work and the upgrades are looking amazing
Excellent service and quality. Great "New York" style pizza. We should have purchased a second pizza or entree. The large pizza was not enough for 3 hungry adults. After moving from the Northeast, we will are regular Friday Night customers.
I ordered via uber eats, which was not delayed (might I add). The pizza was cold, missing my 2 liter bottle of soda and cheesecake. Nothing like pizza that you have to heat up as soon as it comes to your front door, right? Never ordering from this place again. Terrible!
If you see one person answering phones and noone to take walk in orders, prepare to wait 15 mins till you get service. Longer if the phone keeps ringing. Miiiiiiiight wanna get more employees. I just walked out and have pizza gut instead. Least they smile and give better service
Ordered online and got a call over an hour later saying that it’s too far for them to deliver the food.
I live 6 miles from them.
The pizza is great! The service was excellent! I come here everytime I'm in Florida! Authentic Brooklyn pizza.
I used to love this place and order from them frequently, but I am extremely unhappy woth the quality. I ordered a blt sub that is suppose to come as a cold sub with mayo. It was delivered hot as hell with wilted lettuce, no mayo, and I didnt get actual bacon, I got nasty bacon bits that looked like they came out of a jar. This is not quality. When you pay $6.95 to remake your own sub at home it isnt worth it! Not to mention my entire order totaled $34.98 and they charged my card $42.00! Never again will I order from this place!
Pizza is best in central Fl so far, and Felix at the register very professional, appreciate the great customer service pizza makers on point in the back too
Pizza is great, and the garlic bread is always a must I never had a such a delicious garlic bread, I love their marinera sauce that comes with it, not sure if it’s homemade or not but its great
I submitted an online order, which included the margarita pizza. Per their website, the margarita pizza contains “tomatoes, basil, garlic, mozzarella, pizza sauce. ” Not only was the pizza already cold when I got there (which was a couple of minutes before the early end of the pickup window I was given) but the pizza had no sauce on it whatsoever. When I brought the pizza back inside to tell them the issues, that man at the register was extremely rude and informed me that the margarita pizza never comes with sauce. I showed him their website. He just stared at me said okay and rudely said sauce was going to cost extra. Eventually I brought the newly made pizza home only to notice that the sauce and toppings had been haphazardly thrown on top on the pizza. The sauce was everywhere, some of the cheese was melted and all over and some was very hard and not at all melted, and the tomatoes were thrown in a few spots and were not cooked. The customer service I experienced was atrocious and my family won’t ever be returning to this establishment.
It from Chicago and love deep dish pizza and now I love NY style pizza! The Tuscan pizza is worth a try!
Delicious pizza. I judge a pizza place by its pepperoni and this was up there with the best. Antipasto salad really good also. Took about 30 minutes to get a large pizza which was a little long but worth the wait.
Try the Brooklyn well done. You will like this Pizza.
Still getting Pizza here since 1985.
Carmelo opened in 1984.
Place is a dump, no customer awareness or service. Everyone walks around like they are wearing cement shoes.
Second time that I arrived to pick up their slice of the day special and they didn't have anything ready except cheese pizza. They attempt to put raw toppings on a slice of cheese pizza and run it through the oven. Today's excuse was that they ran out of pepperoni! It's 11: 30am and a pizza shop doesn't have pepperoni. Smh. I couldn't even order a whole pie of the Brooklyn Special since there were no slices available. This will be my last visit.
