Good service, plenty of staff to take your order and food comes out quickly. My favorite is the Brooklyn breakfast bagel.

The "Brooklynized water" schtick makes me giggle. That being said, decent bagels in a pinch.

I miss real N. Y.bagels with real Long Island water.

I’m done supporting this local business. Nasty burnt inedible food. You know damn well this is not acceptable to serve to guests. I would love to see the owner himself eat this nasty rock-hard burnt bagel. *update* WOW over 50,000 + views (08/22/23)! Keep serving burnt food!

Thanks so much for the school bagels. What a treat for all the teachers! Coffee ice cubes are the best, and I love the variety for jazzing up the coffee if you want to. Woohoo

Love their iced coffee and their breakfast sandwiches. Always the nicest employees. Best bagels in town.

I sure do hope the food makes up for the terrible service I received at the northlake location today, literally on my mom’s birthday, so far the “cubsta”coffee sucks which isn’t a good sign because how do you mess coffee up? Yeah, do better. So unbelievably rude

Only had everything bagels. They were good with scallion cream cheese and service was good, however I was there the other day and I was charged $10 for not what U asked for.

Good bagels good coffee. But making the eggs fluffy might look good but when you bite down all the eggs squishies out.

Really good service, and usually quick. Great bagels, great sammiches, great coffee.
But today, the older dude with crossed eyes was eating crumbs out of the bagel slicer while he was cutting my bagels. It was really weird. I don't think he got anything in bagels, but he was eating with his gloved hand. Not sure that's professional.

Unfortunately, the coffee was not hot.

It wasn’t much of a bagel, more a bagel shaped piece of bread. I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, the egg was like an unseasoned dish sponge, the bacon was undercooked, and my double toasted “bagel” was luke warm at best.

Love this place. Bagles are Delicious. But my Experience with one of the workers was awful. She was very rude. I can't understand why Brooklyn bagel would keep this person on.

This is not a bad choice if you are looking for a fresh bagel or sandwich on a bagel. There are variety of choices always as fountain drinks and coffees.

We love the bagels and coffee but pickup set up really needs to be addressed. It would be nice to have everything labeled by type, door dash, call-in pickup.
