Im so mad because the lady who did my brows didn’t even do it right. My eyebrows are so uneven I can’t even look at myself in the mirror or go out in Public! One side is thin and shaped like a square box the other side is not even shaped or threaded right it’s full and not even threaded at all. I’m so mad i didn’t pay 12$ and a tip for this! Can someone fix it please!

Just horrible! My eyebrows are now thin and uneven I honestly just want to cry. I would not recommend any one go here at all!

Terrible! Before the lady started I asked her to only remove excess and she just told me to sit down, I then told her that I wanted my eyebrows to be thick, I don’t like thin eyebrows on me, but the lady didn’t listen. She was in a rush most of the time even though the place was empty. She was really rough when doing my eyebrows and was most of the time in a bad mood and now my eyebrows look HORRIBLE! I have to cover them with makeup! When I went to pay, I decided I was not going to tip her because her job was not well done, she gave me a bad look and threw the card on the table instead of giving it back on my hand. She was mad. This is my 3rd time going there and every time I come out of there my eyebrows look terrible! DONT GO THERE! The lady caught an attitude as soon as I got there and then when she did my eyebrows wrong she claimed that it was the shape of my eyebrows, she didn’t reven say hello when I came in and then she thought she deserved a tip. Not professional You can find cheaper places that do a better job! Don’t ruin your eyebrows.

Horrible! This is the one across from the nail salon. My eyebrows were so uneven when I got done. They were also patchy and she just didn't even thread the bottom of my eyebrows. She didn't take her time and messed up my eyebrows. Most painful eyebrow threading I've ever had. She was in a rush even though there was no one in the store. Save your money and go to Jolly's eyebrow threading. She does way better and is cheaper.

Najeeba was very polite and professional. She did a great job overall. She did not ask for any gratuity or made a fuss about asking her to fix my left side to how i wanted it. Ive only been here a handful of times but always received good services and never felt rushed, probably due to coming in on a weekday and at a later time.

My girl went to go get her brows done at this place. The lady did decent but she missed a couple hairs in her eyelids and didn’t do the hairs at the end of her brows. After the brows were done, my girl went to go pay and paid with her card and the lady gave her an attitude for not giving her a tip saying “not even two dollars”. We’re not coming back.

Went in to get my brows shapped up and walked out with barley any. My brows are so thin now i can barely see them, not uniform, uneven. Horrible! On top of it there is no air conditioning in the place. Not comfortable at all.

Never again! I stopped in there today and saw a note on the computer that said be back in 30 minutes - thanks! So I figured that person would’ve been back in less than 30 mins since they were already gone when I got there. Well I sat there until 4: 32pm looking crazy before I called the other store by Kay jewelers and a woman answered the phone and said someone should be there but you can come to this one. So I leave and walk over to the over store and there’s at LEAST 8 people waiting and only one person working.completely unacceptable and they should not be in the mall at all. They are unprofessional all around.

If i could not give a rating I would! I went in yesterday and got my eyebrows done and I told her DO NOT MAKE THEM THIN, and she got mad and caught an attitude and said "IM NOT". Process was quick, I knew something was wrong, I look and HALF my eyebrows were gone from one side. I told her that she took too much off the brow and she said no I didn't that's how your brows are. Mind you I do my eyebrows by myself and they never look uneven. So i call to file a complaint and she answers and hangs up on me repeatedly. Now watch when I get my money back. NEVER RECOMMENDING. BTW this is the one by Boyz II Men. OH AND I had my 1 year old daughter with me and my boyfriend was watching her, she walked up to a dirty raggedy table and the lady told me don't let her near there.

This was so painful, and the lady messed up my brows. I also broke out in hives on my face because of something she used.

Horrible experience and completely unprofessional, she doesn’t even know how to behave with customers i will never be back, i do not recommend anyone to this place.

No greeting, very dry, no smiles.but was quick to ask for a tip. So I was quick to decline. Never coming back.

I wish I could share a picture of how bad my eyebrows look right now. They are not even CLOSE to the same shape, my only option to fix it would to be remove HALF of one of my eyebrows! DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible experience. The manager was beyond rude, she messed up my eyebrows and instead of admitting and apologizing for her mistake she went on a rant about how she's been doing eyebrows for a long time and she didn't mess it up. I'm very particular about my eyebrows and if they are not symmetrical like they were when I walked in, she obviously messed them up. Unprofessional staff, I waited for 10mins left then came back and waited again until I had to call back to have someone step out because she's on the phone with her earphones on. I will not be returning to this location. Also, their card says $11 and they charge $12. It's a dollar difference which isn't a big deal but don't advertise incorrectly.

I will not be returning to this location, obviously the manager is too busy trying to have a conversation with someone on her phone instead of properly doing her job and not messing up people’s eyebrows. Her attitude and raising her voice didn’t help her case at all.

Horrible experience, personnel leave the front store open and unnatended. Next door store told me to knock the door probably she was eating.came out 20 minutes later and screaming why I was knocking so hard etc. Very rude and cut my skin three times.

I been a loyal customer here for years but my last experience was so unprofessional and disgustingly rude I will never be back. The young lady who does eyebrows at this location sped through my eyebrows because she wanted to go to lunch like she mentioned multiple of times throughout the time I arrived. So the end result looked like she literally did nothing to my eyebrows. As I looked at them in the mirror she was rushing me and asking me is it cash or card. Then she had the audacity to ask for tip. I politely said “no thank you” she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. And she has done this on several other occasions where she is rude for no reason and I tip her anyway. My issue is if you can’t do eyebrows right and can’t treat a customer right what makes you think you deserve a tip? After this last incounter I will never be back after YEARS of coming here it’s not worth the money or the headache dealing with people like her. She should be fired

Asked for my eyebrows to be boxed and cleaned up as I waited the whole summer to get them done and she left me with almost no eyebrows. Never going back.

This place dont even deserve one star, the old lady with short hair with and accent from middle east really messed up my eyebrows, I told her so many times I DONT WANT IT THIN, she said ''dont worry i just going to clean it up'' but she did it thin anyway and the eyebrows dont even match, one is much shorter than the other one and besides all of the she was asking for tips, she literally just said ''we accept tips if you dont mind, I will be happy if you give me some tips'' really? You messed up my eyebrows and then asked me for tip? I tipped her because they were more people there but I know I shouldn't do it. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I was coming here frecuently for eyebrow threading, not knowing there are less expensive places to go to! This place is a rip-off and afterwards they still want a tip and won't let go of your change I'm glad I opened my eyeballs before I went broke

Took most of my eyebrows off and they're completely different shapes. So pissed! Waited months to grow them out. (Reviewing for the one right next to J. C. Penney's)
