I got a big rash on my upper lip after waxing (looking super crazy) and she completely messed up my eyebrows. I was there 8/17/2023 boy I will never go back.

Drove to this location, arrived before closing time and staff refused to provide their service. If you’re going to close before the time it states you close change the information on your site to the accurate TIME. Won’t return.

But I’ve been doing my eyebrows here for years and they do a phenomenal job. The price did increase a little bit but can’t blame anyone but inflation!
Update came in today 04/25 to do my eyebrows and lip to my surprise it was a new lady. Didn’t think much of it, as we are done she still leaves hairs under my eyebrows and instead of using tweezers she threads them causing to cut me. Then has the nerve to say “see no blood” when clearly blood will not show right away from an open cut. Let alone blaming me for the reason why there is still hairs cause “I’m not holding the lid properly”as well as moving my face aggressively back and forth when she could politely ask me to move and I’ll gladly do so. Oh and the best part is that she puts tint on your brows when I didn’t ask for it nor have they ever done that. To cover up her horrible service. Can’t wait to go back and ask for someone ELSE.
The middle eastern lady with BLONDE HAIR. STAY AWAY FROM HER! Everyone else I’ve never had this issue with. The picture will show the irritation and cut.
