Brow Art 23, Orlando FL

The lady who worked there Wednesday evening was rude and did my eyebrows way thinner then what I asked not to mention she did it so fast in less then 2 minutes she was done I never been in so much pain not to mention how swollen and red it was the next day.will never come here again.

Hate it! I told to the girl the I wanted my brows big but clean, and she removed a lot of hair, omg now look so skinny! Never going again

When I arrived it was just a sign here, no hi how are you or anything. As you can see on my eyelashes there are spots missing that was missing when I left there. When she was done she left glue in multiple places and had to wipe it off. On top of that the communication was very unclear, didn’t know if she wanted my eyes open or closed because it was said multiple times to close and open. When I opened my eyes there was glue but that’s normal. Then not even 2 hours within getting them done 1 cluster has fallen out and you can see the one in my corner hanging off by the grace of God himself (lol). I’ve had clusters done and it would be more understandable if it was atleast 4 days in.

I would say they are relatively nice but they rush the job. I got there when no one was there, they were chilling on their phones and there was an hour of time to spare so to have them rushed was not okay to me. I was satisfied with how quick it was but seeing that due to it being quick it was bad it sucked.

Word of advice read the reviews before going and gauge it from there on the service you want.

Not for me. I had my brows threaded and eye lashes done. Brows were croaked and the eye lashes were heavy and uncomfortable- I washed them right off at the mall’s bathroom

This was the first experience my daughter had with having her eyebrows done. Everyone we spoke to was extremely professional and took pride in their work. Srijana did an amazing job while taking her time and talking my daughter through the entire process. Highly recommend BrowArt23.

WORST PLACE EVER, I came to this place for wax and dye but i left without my right eyebrow.
From the beginning the two girls had an attitude, they did not want to attend to us because they were looking at their cell phones and when it was their turn to attend to them they did it in the worst way.

Lady was nice but my eyebrows have some bald spots now which I have to fill and she did tell me I have them but I didn’t have them before I went and got my eyebrows done. When i fill them they are really nice.
