Everything was beautiful and the food was excellent! They even provided for the gluten free/ dairy free guests!

Omg … We had a Valentine’s Day event here and everything was top tier. Service was exceptional, Elvis and his team went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Definitely 12 out of 10 stars because clearly 5 stars is not enough

This is the fantastic place to have a wedding. We are having the most fabulous time. Food is out of this world! The cake is delicious. Everybody is happy no complaints. Come celebrate here at Lavan and Broward Catering.

Thank you Elvis for making my Husband and Mother’s birthday celebration a success. Elvis was extremely hands on to ensure my expectations were met. My guest and I were so impressed by the taste and presentation of the food. His passion for his craft was evident. A special thank you to Elvis and his staff for the awesome execution at my mom and husband’s birthday party. I recommend anyone who is looking for caterer for their event to book Broward Catering.

Please kindly pack your patience and be prepared for potential misunderstandings, miscommunications, and unfortunately, disappointment. It deeply pains me to express my profound disappointment regarding our experience with Lavan and their recommended partner vendors. Although Lavan initially appeared to offer us an exquisite canvas to fulfill our design aspirations and plans, our interactions with the venue owner and Broward catering left much to be desired.

Instead of constructive problem-solving, acknowledging or taking any responsibility, it felt as if blame was unjustly cast upon us when circumstances did not unfold as originally envisioned. Countless promises were made, only to be shattered on our special day. Despite our planning and seamless execution, the truth about Lavan and their suggested vendors was unveiled, leaving us with a bitter taste in our mouths. It appears they are in cahoots, prioritizing their own interests rather than those of their customers.

Allow me to emphasize that we did not expect perfection, but rather the best efforts and genuine kindness from everyone involved. Weddings represent a significant investment, symbolizing the celebration of our most cherished moments. Even the tiniest details hold immense significance and can greatly impact the overall experience. Regrettably, I cannot, in good faith, recommend Lavan or Broward Catering due to the painful events that transpired, the misleading guidance we received, and their failure to deliver on their lofty promises.

We are left feeling devastated and shattered by the consistent feedback from our 230+ guests. Their experience has pierced our hearts, leaving us feeling completely shattered. We cannot help but feel as if we've been deceived, manipulated, and gaslit by these false promises. Now, all we can do is caution you, to proceed with utmost care and skepticism when dealing with these individuals' deceptive "yes we can do this" facade. Because when it comes to entrusting your most special day to someone, you deserve nothing less than complete trustworthiness and unwavering honesty.

I will not diverge all the semantics because like Elvis kindly put it, it’s a “he said, she said” scenario. But I will advise this because this is factual, do yourself a favor and if you do book with them double check all the figures in your invoice. I realized the owner, Elvis, was over charging on tax and when I brought it to his attention he of course blamed the software. But instead of fixing the software where he had more than ample notice, on our final invoice he decided to give us a credit of the extra tax initialed in the invoice. That just tells me he has no good will on making that change and plans on stealing from as much customers as possibly without them even realizing it.

Do not get carried away with them treating you like family, because the reality of the situation is they are in the money making business and that attitude is icing on the cake to seal the deal. Over promise and under delivery.

This company is not only professional they saved my wedding 12/17/23 and delivered a professional, well seasoned, double protein, white glove service experience that no other company could’ve done, the owner is a professional in catering and preparing quality, tasteful dishes, the day before my wedding my caterer canceled on me, in 1 day he was able to mimic the menu and deliver the food and service to the highest level I have ever seen a catering company done, don’t go nowhere else’s to save money, invest it right and enjoy quality and white glove service from Broward catering

The venue; clean, beautiful and spacious. Lavan Venue offered a unique package. I highly recommend Lavan Venue for its outstanding diversity and top-notch customer service.

I can't even begin to describe how professional Elvis and the Broward Catering team are. From the first day that we came for a food tasting, we were greeted with smiles and positive energy. Elvis makes you light up with excitement as you talk to him about your event and the ideas you are having. You know those type of people that are just passionate about their craft? That's Elvis and Elvis IS. BROWARD CATERING - Now, lets get to the food.

The food was not what you imagine when you think "corporate events or weddings". The amount of flavors.the amount of options.the attention to detail. When I tell you - he made me look so good! The food was raved about for months by our guests! (We actually had another event in 2022 and the venue prohibited outside vendors and everyone was asking- "wheres the guys from last year? Lol)

I hosted a 500 person corporate event in December 2021 at the Hard Rock DAER rooftop - they brought the most electrifying energy that was the size of the Hard Rock Guitar itself! Elvis and his team are not only professionals but the flavors and concepts that they bring to their foods are a notch above the rest. You really feel like you're eating at a five star restaurant but with the nostalgic familiarity of a home cooked meal - Its just GOOD food!

I work in a very corporate industry with attorneys, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, radiologists, etc. Very well traveled individuals who have had their fair share of good food around the world and to have these people come up to me and praise the food is quite a feat!

Broward catering was the absolute best catering I’ve had yet! The chef greeted my wedding guests and the servers were amazing. The food was delicious! You can tell that Elvis is passionate about his cooking. We chose a Caribbean styled menu and he did not disappoint. Thank you for making my day memorable!

I used Broward Catering for a small graduation party and could not have been more impressed! My family kept raving about how delicious the food was.

From the moment we began planning for our children’s First Communion we had the pleasure to find Lavan Venue and the incredible people that work in unison to make not only the event but the whole planning experience easy and seamless. We originally met Elvis through Broward Catering when looking for food services for our event.

Elvis offered comprehensive details about what we would need and patiently walked us through every step of the planning and services we would need to make our event memorable. We contacted Elvis at Broward Catering from the incredible recommendations expressed by our friends who had tasted his work. Our children were active participants in the selection of menu items.

The selected cuisine was Haitian black rice, chicken, salmon, and macaroni and cheese. Even our son and his usual pickiness was delighted and cleared every item on his plate. The honest and down to earth qualities reflected by Elvis add to the event planning process an easy and enjoyable. During the selection I was unsure if a fruit bar would be doable but on the day of the event Elvis surprised us with a beautiful fruit table arrangement with our children’s names embedded within the design. It was the many special details Elvis included that make Lavan Venue a unique and professional experience above and beyond any event venue I have seen in the past.

We were blown away by the beautiful sparkle during the performance and his offering our guests valet parking despite it not being included in our selected package. We would definitely recommend Broward catering and Lavan venue for any event. It was phenomenal!
