If zero was an option this would be it. My mother was taken there from the hospital for a broken ankle that she had surgery on. She needs to have some therapy of course until things get better. She is also diabetic and upon arrival they were given medical records and a list of medications. Not one of them knew what was even going on or how to even help her! I UNDERSTAND places are short staff but with the life of a person? It needs to be taken care of instead of making her wear a diaper just in case no one can get to her on time. Hours of not seeing a soul? No. I'm sorry but no thank you.

DON'T LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. ZERO stars. Took Mom out same day she got there. I arrived to find her calling out for help - no one was responding - they had already put her in a diaper so they could leave her alone. No working phone or call button. No monitoring devices. HORRIBLY UNDERSTAFFED. Staff did not want to release her or provide me with info Re: necessary meds. Had to just take her and go.
